I ordered two lots of flowers to be delivered to two different addresses but neither one was delivered, no email sent either to notify me that there had been a failed delivery on the day that had been agreed. It was only when I decided to call the recipients did I find out that they had not arrived... Then I checked my account & the tracking on the website... the money of course has been taken from my account... I'm overseas so couldn't & the recipients live miles from my family so i had to do this online... I just hope there customer service team answer my "contact us" message/ticket quickly or that the flowers are delivered today & are in good condition.
Paid extra for deluxe and got 2 extra blooms. Roses look tired already and overall appearance disappointing for the money
My wife discovered Serenata and has used them several times, always had excellent reports back from the recipients. She herself loved the beautifully handtied bouquet I had sent to her for our anniversary yesterday. Serenata have some great deals and we have never been disappointed by the quality or the service. Definitely our first choice.
Flowers werent fresh n pretty they were dead almost, paid for bigger bunch and pretty sure got the smaller one, and they didnt print all of the names in the card that i paid extra for and they mis printed what i had put aswell.
These were for my step mums funeral and i was mortified they were a load of rubbish and have tarnished her memory with that rubbish they sent
Easy to use website regular communication confirming receipt of order up to delivery. Beautiful flowers excellent service what more can u ask for.
The flower come packed in a card box that was not even sealed straight. When I open the box the flower were squashed to fit and as I took the flower to put in the vase some of the flowers started falling off. The next day I noticed that most of the flower were already starting to wilt even though it's a cool place where the flower are. All in all I will not buy flowers again from this place.
I ordered flowers for my friends birthday. The order was confirmed very quickly. Communication was very quick and I had an email once they were delivered.

Used site for a second time as I was very pleased the first time. Ordered two bouquets to be delivered the following day. One was delivered on time but the second one was not delivered until the day after, even though it said on tracking that the flowers were with the delivery firm the day before. Not sure what they had done with them.
I wanted to send flowers to my friend as her husband had died. Unfortunately they did not arrive until about 8pm the following day, but my friend was delighted with the quality of the flowers and vase and said that they brightened up what had been a very tearful day for her.
I bought the Blue Dendrobium for my Mum and she was absolutely thrilled.
As soon as she opened the box out came the 'Wow' factor.
And they coordinated with her newly decorated room beautifully.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife and tbh when it arrived I and she were very underwhelmed and disappointed. I thought i would be getting some Brownie points instead I felt a little bit ripped off.

I ordered flowers and a card for a friend who was ill. The online process was simple for an oldie like me. I ordered on a Saturday evening for Monday delivery. I was given an hours time slot for delivery and they were spot on time, cheerful delivery person and my friend was delighted with the beautiful flowers.
