Very surprised to see negative comments about this company. My experience has been excellent.
Good and timely communication about the order and delivery. Notification of delivery was emailed to me only 20 minutes after the flowers were actually delivered, so I was reassured the gift had arrived.
The flowers were beautiful and as described.
I will use this company again.

Ordered flowers for my poorly mum. Easy to order, decent price, only negative comment would be that the delivery person just put the box through the front gate, didn't press the bell so they only saw the box on the drive by chance and went out to retrieve it. Mum was cheered up by the flowers though and so they did the job.

Website, ordering process and delivery all good. But flowers were a much smaller bunch than the website had pictured and the petals had already started to curl and wilt and change colour when the my arrived.
Had a bouquet sent to my friend who had been diagnosed with cancer. The flowers arrived and she told me the majority of them were dead. She took photographs and I sent them to the company to prove they were awful and they sent me a reply stating that they thought the flowers in the photo looked fine - yes for dead flowers they were exactly that! The lady I sent the bouquet to used to be a florist so knows good flowers from bad. I am disappointed the company would not replace the disgusting flowers. Bad bad bad, I will NEVER use them again. Future customers avoid this company like the plague.
Disappointed with the colours, the picture shows vibrant colours, when received all a dull reddish brown. Couldn't alter the message once ordered. Delivery good though and ordering was easy

Ordered flowers for a birthday on the Sunday for the following Thursday. I was informed at every step of the way to the delivery. The recipient said they were beautiful flowers and sent a picture. I would give 5 stars but another birthday is coming up and will see if the service is just as good
Ordered for a birthday and they emailed to inform of delayed delivery then the day they said they would deliver they sent me an email saying failed delivery but no one actually turned up to deliver. It's a huge scam, avoid. There's no number to call. Completely ruined a surprise.

Have had good experiences each time that I ordered from Serenata--flowers as advertised and delivered on time, "extras" good as well. Prices were fair. Liked the email updates from the company.
I ordered flowers for a friend quite late one evening and they were delivered by lunch time the following day with no problems that I'm aware of. My friend said the flowers were lovely, though I didn't see them myself, so all in all an excellent service that does what it says it will do.
I ordered a bouquet online at 10pm and a beautiful bouquet was delivered the following morning. What more could you ask for?
