One was to an 80 year old who was delighted, the other to my wife who received her flowers by being thrown in the door by the delivery man, they had broken stems (no surprise there after the method of delivery), soft headed buds, brown 'bits' on the petals of the roses on a surprise that didn't please her at all.
Never again I'm afraid
The flowers are magnificent, my wife loved them and delivery was right on time. Could not have been better.
I ordered the flowers for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. They arrived on time and mom and dad said they were lovely but when I visited the next day, I thought that there was very little there for £25. I am hoping that they last because if not, I will not be using this service again.

I have been advised that the actual flowers were lovely but they arrived soaking wet with some of the flowers dislodged from the basket and the card saturated.and wrappings dirty and wet and disheveled. I find the most disappointing as the flowers were for a very elderly couple celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary
My daughter was delighted with her birthday flowers and birthday card she sent me a photo and they are beautiful thanks

Cant fault the service I received, I placed the order to go to the Hospital, I then received a message to advise my order was on hold until I had confirmed that the hospital would except them. The hospital would not except them, I then sent a new address for the gift to go to. I was notified when they left and when they arrived. They were exactly has described on the site very pleased and would highly recommend.
I swapped to Serenata flowers after a bad experience with another on-line florist. I am really impressed with the quality of flowers, value for money and service quality. I buy flowers for my mum ecery month and have found that ordering on line is really quick easy and its great to get a delivery notification by email when they have arrived. Mum is really impressed with the flowers and they always stay looking beautiful for around 10 days.

She said, " The flowers are really super quality. They are from Serenata Flowers. Would recommend them, really fresh flowers. Ordered on 26th, delivered today, 28th. That is good going for an island."
My friend is a flower arranger and very keen gardener, if you can impress her, you are very good.
My sister and her husband loved the gift it was a nice mix of wine chocolate and roses this has been my 2nd gift from Serenata and will use again.

To be perfectly honest I was very disappointed with the flowers I received yesterday. They were for a work colleague who was going on maternity leave. In comparison to a bouquet I ordered a few weeks ago which was quite a bit cheaper, the bouquet was very small I thought and not very impressive at all.
Recipient loved her daffodils and the presentation vase.
They arrived on time with no hassle.
Serenata have once more done me proud.
I am sorry but I am unable to give you a true review on your flowers as I mistakingly provided you with my sister in law previous address which she rented in Broughty Ferry before moving to her current one ( my fault totally) however the people who live at that address know where my sister in law moved to and didnt bother to take the flowers to her even though its only about 200 Yards along the road. I hope they enjoyed them
I sent the two different orchid options to my daughters and they are both delighted - I was glad to hear that each stem had its own supply of water too. I did find your "delivery options" a little confusing as there was nothing to indicate that the first option would be to ring the doorbell. So for one delivery I said "leave on doorstep" and the courier did just that and didn't ring the bell, so my daughter found them by chance when she opened the door. The other was going to a business so I chose "knock hard" which seemed a bit of an odd option for delivery to business premises, but I really didn't find anything better! Maybe a rethink on those options would be helpful - otherwise everything was in order, thank you!
