Used SerenataFlowers when I realised on Saturday afternoon that I hadn't done anything about Mother's Day the following day. Found them on Google - very efficient, easy to book, good value, easy add-ons, and, most importantly, my mother loves the flowers. My only minor gripe is that, having put on the delivery instructions "Be patient", by the time my mother opened the door, the courier was nowhere to be seen and had just left the flowers on the doorstep. Not a big deal, as my parents house is secluded and no-one else would have seen the package, but not what I had asked the courier to do. However, overall I am very pleased with the service.

After last minute searching for flowers for mothers day online I found Serenata flowers not only did they deliver on Sunday they processed my order quick 5pm day before my mum was happy got her flowers in the morning on mothers day. Cant thank this company enough. Brilliant

Service was fine, delivered on the day, but flowers did not look anything like the ones on the website. I understand Lillie's are closed but all bar one was due to open in a few days, the rest were so not ready it would have taken them weeks to open at which point the rest of the flowers are dead. Also lacked most of the filler flowers shown online... Disappointed. Won't be ordering from here again
Ordered mothers day flowers and a balloon to be delivered the day before mothers day. 2 days kater the flowers still have not arrived.
Order 2 mothers days flowers (mum and in law) first set not delivered at all, second left outside house overnight (late delivery) driver did not ring bell/call. Flowers water damaged. Do yourself a big favour and buy flowers elsewhere.
We have used Serenata many times in last few years. Flowers are always great quality, are delivered on time and last well. This time, great quality and delivered on correct day, we assume they will last, but they only arrived 2 days ago. Big issue was deivery, the flowers were to my mother, who lives in block of residential apartments. Flowers were left near front door by manager's office (he was on day off). No communication to say they had arrived. Another resident saw them and advised my mum they were there, otherwise she would not have got them.
Flowers for mothers day arrived on the day ordered. Both ladies were very happy with their gifts. Have ordered from Serenata Flowers before - very impressed with their service - thank you

Flowers were delivered 2 days early, but that turned out for the best anyway - not complaining! Mum reported they were very fresh & spring like! She was happy! 10/10! Will order again!
Twice i have ordered flowers from serenata flowers and twice they have been dumped on the doorstep without even knocking. Will never order from these clowns again. Surprise ruined as i had to ring my mother asking if they were delivered. Both times she was home and they were left outside! I have contacted them and they told me they were delivered under their 'terms and conditions'. They never left a card in the door or left them with a neighbour as it says they would if no one was home, because nobody knocked! Now they just keep marking my complaint as spam on facebook... disgraceful!
The flowers were beautiful and the service was excellent. The flowers looked exactly as they looked on the website and added a little treat with some chocolates and they were very nice. Very pleased with everything
Serenata weren't able to deliver my order - not their fault necessarily - but it wasn't clear what could happen next apart from a card being dropped through the recipient's door. There's no way of tracking what's happened (click on 'track my order' and on the website it just says 'failed delivery' which is no help at all), it's all very confusing.
Can't have any complaints. This is the first time I have used such a service and everything went smoothly. Well recommended.
