Extremely disappointed with the flowers that I received for my wife's 30th birthday. I'm a regular customer with seranta, however that will be my final order from them. The flowers upon arrival looked lovely apart from the roses in the bouquet, they where dying and stood out.
I ordered them the day before her birthday so I could surprise her on her big day... by the end of her birthday the roses and other flowers had turned a shade of brown. These flowers cost me £50 so My wife decided to email seranta to voice my complaint, we taken the photos of the flowers with the date on and e-mailed the next day. We were told in a very rude manor that complaints needed to be made within 72 hours.
The flowers are now in the bin, 3 days after her birthday. I was a regular customer but We won't be returning and will tell friends and family about our experience
I chose Serenata as it seems to be one of the few online flower delivery services that delivers on a Sunday, which was the date of my daughter's move to her new home. The flowers, which were exactly as advertised arrived at the appointed time and I was kept informed by email of the progress of the order from start to finish. I found the website very straightforward to use and I will certainly use this service again for a similar gift.

The" chauffeur " left the parcel on the ground level of the block on the common stair case because he couldn't be bothered to go on the 3 floor, and I had to contact everyone to find out after 2 hours where is the parcel, from the photos that the driver made, and lucky the parcel was still there. They have ruined a very special occasion, I will never use them again, wich I regret a bit because the flowers are very nice, but is not enough if they can't deliver them.
I have been trying to contact someone since Sunday as my flowers have been delivered to the wrong place. I have sent 8 emails now not happy
I ordered a gift basket with wine, chocolate and flowers. All delivered on time the following day.
I got an order confirmation, and was told when the gift was dispatched and when it was delivered.
I ordered a gift for my nephew's birthday to be delivered in London England. But he never got his gift. Serenata sent me confirmation that they have delivered flowers (but I order gift basket including wine and cheese and some other stuff". My nephew lives in apartment building and there is no porch but Serenata claim that they left the gift on authorized porch! Liers... liers... in my order i asked to deliver it and not to leave it outside... when i ask for evidence they cant provide anything and don't take any responsibility... this site is scam... never use it. I have taken further action to punish this scammers...
I ordered some flowers for a friend who had just moved into a new house, I only looked at the website on Friday evening and was surprised that I could still have them delivered on the Saturday. The flowers arrived promptly and were very well received. I also ordered a card & a vase as I quite correctly guessed she hadn't yet unpacked! All in all a wonderful service.

Delivered on time and taking advantage of the free delivery meant I could order a bigger bouquet. I did not see the flowers but the recipient called to say thank you. I hope they were lovely, because they were in recognition of a lovely deed.
Sorry others have had disappointment with their orders but my order, delivery and quality of flowers were all excellent. The flowers are blooming lovely and great value for money. Would use again.

Used the service before and always been pleased, but this time flowers for a special 70th birthday did not arrive although email stated they had been delivered! No telephone no, so emailed, now being investigated. Disgusted! Will not use them again!
I sent some flowers to my girlfriends family for a special occasion. The flowers arrived droopy and almost dead. This is disgusting and I feel totally cheated! NOBODY USE THIS COMPANY!
