Knew they could not delivery flowers to hospital in Coventry but accepted order and then told me the hospital would not accept them. Seems pleased to tell me the T&Cs stated that there is no refund for un-deliverable flowers. Flowers for sister-in-law who flew to Coventry to donate a kidney told Serenata this but they did not care and reminded me again that there is no refund. Don't order from them - all I can say to them is KARMA...
This is the first time I've used this site but after receiving two beautiful bouquets of flowers this year as gifts (Valentine's Day and 50th birthday) I had no hesitation in ordering them when I needed flowers to send to my sister after moving into a new home. Very easy website to use and most importantly the freshest most fragrant flowers I've seen. Will definitely use again many thanks!
Apparently flowers were left in the conservatory, there isn't one. Contacted customer services but unfortunately they also dont know where the flowers are. Its a mystery. Takes 48 hours for them to investigate meanly the birthday is over, very disappointed, wil just go to tescos from now on and deliver them myself. Useless. I'd give a 0 out of 5

ORDERED A CROSS FOR A CATHOLIC FUNERAL FOR APRIL 13 HAD TO PRE ORDER ONTHE 12 THEY SENT ON11 FLOWERS IN WREATH DEAD. COMPANY REASON I HAD NOT PAID DELIVERY FEE FOR SPECIAL TIME DELIVERY. EIGHTY POUNDS FOR DEAD FLOWERS. COST OF HEARTACHE INESTIMABLE

Quick delivery lovely card. The flowers online looked fab but when they arrived I was disappointed to find the roses were wilted and looked like a week old.
Service and price were excellent. I havent seen the flowers but my sister said they were beautiful. She was delighted to receive them.
I ordered the flowers as a thank you for my daughter-in-law. I was delighted that they could be delivered on Sunday as I knew they would be at home all day. The delivery man never rang the bell and the flowers sat outside until Monday morning. The flowers are stunning, but the delivery was very distressing.

Fancy pictures poetic words & cast iron guarantees all just words in black & white. Reality... No phone contact numbers or anyone you can talk to all done by email all directed to sending a photo of your arrangement regardless of the specific problem you may have, resulting in no further action or responsibility on there part. So to sum up my experience i would say order at your peril! If you care about what you want to send to someone & why you may be sending them because this company certainly appears not to.
I have used Serenata before and always found them very good. Unfortunately on this occasion the flowers were delivered a day late for an Aunts 88th Birthday. Although I received an apology from Serenata I did think they may have made a good will gesture to encourage me to use them again... now Im not sure I will as even though they felt a day late wasnt a problem, it was in fact very disappointing on this occasion.

Unfortunately, the Kukrier has left the flowers at the neighbor. My family was therefore at home on the day until 16 clock. Courier was 14.30, did not try to come at the given address. The neighbor did not bring the blooms until the next day. Unfortunately, my surprise did not come. Did not cost a lot and did not run the way I expected. Pity!

I have been using Serenata for a couple of years and have always had premium service, you actually feel part of the team with their humourous way of communicating the delivery progress etc., all my recipients of Serenata flowers have been overjoyed at receiving them, so, to you all, keep up the fantastic work, you deserve all the prizes that there are!
We were away for the weekend, staying in a bed & breakfast, so I had to have them delivered to a non home address. I was a little concerned that things might have gone astray, however, tracking them on line was very convenient, and accurate to boot. One rose head was detached and one slightly bruised but hey ho but the display was extremely well received. Would definitely use them again and would certainly have no difficulty in recommending them. Ray
