When i realised Sunday evening that my girlfriend was off work the following day, i thought id surprise her with some home delivered flowers. I came across Serenata Flowers via google. I ordered around 17:00 on the Sunday, and recived an Oh My God, they are beautiful! Around 12:00 Monday. FREE delivery. GREAT prices, GREAT service GREAT flowers! Will be recomending to friends and family. Amazing. Thank you.

The service and ordering process is good. As the flowers are not delivered to the person who orders them it is very difficult to comment on the quality of the flowers. Not many people will phone up and say thank you for the flowers but they were not good quality. Maybe you should put a questionnaire in with flowers for the recipient to comment on the quality of the flowers.

The flowers were lovely and just as described. The lady who received them was delighted! They appear to be in bud and gradually opening somwill give pleasure for some considerable time.

Flowers delivered when stated, the day before being given as a present. Recipient absolutely delighted

I've not seen the gift but my cousin loved it! Plant and pamper set as shes just had a hip replacement done. Excellent service kept upto date.

USED COMPANY TWICE - FLOWERS BEAUTIFUL ARRIVED AT TIME SPECIFIED
WOULD USE AGAIN BUT OBJECT TO BEING TOLD HOW MANY WORDS TO WRITE IN REVIEW AS IT IS SUPPOSEDC TO TAKE 15 SECONDS?

The flowers were delivered well on time on Saturday morning but unfortunately the roses were half dead and had to be discarded on Monday, just two days later.

Their own courier Failed to deliver early Saturday morning, No calling card left. Recipient was Definitely home, No buzzer to her door went on intercom, No knock on the door Nor was a calling card left anywhere with anyone. Flowers finally delivered on Monday, totally disappointing as the flowers were a birthday gift Saturday NOT Monday and were not of the great quality I had previously ordered. Sadly I won't be sing again.

The follwers are beautiful some open and some as buds so they will last a long time. Simply stunning

The recipient of the flowers said she had to throw the calendulas away when they arrived as they were droopy & definitely not fresh & the pink flowers were also very droopy & did not pick up the next day so threw them out also - so that is not very satisfactory so I won't use you again & will not recommending you.

Couldnt deliver for some reason even though people were there. Said would try again but waited until the next day (a weekend) to deliver a birthday gift to an office on the weekend. Ridiculously stupid and idiotic
