Lovely flowers... shame no note left to say they had been delivered. I had to check with my pal, which kind of ruined the surprise!

I bought these to cheer up a family friend as they are her favourites. I have seen pictures and they havent disappointed. She is really delighted with them. Ordering and deliver process was easy and they arrived when we were told they would. I would certainly recommend.

I recently ordered flowers, Online display of flowers did not match what was delivered. The bouquet contained more leaves than flowers. I will not order it any more here.

We ordered the red roses for the my grandmother's 96th birthday and added the birthday cake and a card. She was absolutely delighted. They arrived in great shape and were exactly as advertised. My uncle messaged me to tell me they were gorgeous and that they had made her day. I have ordered flowers several times now and have never had any problems.

This is the third time ordering from Serenata and based on my first two experiences would have rated them highly. However no. 3 is still touring Scotland! I ordered on 28th for next day delivery informed next day that delivery would be set back one day. Now 1st July and informed delivery will be 2nd July. I await confirmation of delivery with interest.

Hi pretty happy with flowers although quite dry on arrival and boxed in and the flowers were a little wilted Im not sure of the longevity of them

I wasnt happy with the order because the flower colors were flourecent, if I would have known it was going to be a flower power of disco colors I would have never placed that bouquet order. The flower choice and color originally was very soft tones and to see what was delivered was disappointing.

I got married on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. There is no florist on the island, so I took a gamble and ordered a large bouquet online. They arrived in perfect condition, at the right time, and I used the bouquet to make up and tie a bridal bouquet of white roses, and 4 bridesmaids posies. All delivered for £43. They looked amazing. I ordered flowers, chocolates and a card for my Mums birthday. Serenata kept me up to date when they were out for delivery and when they were delivered. My Mum was happy with quality and the service is excellent.
