Really good communication from the company they let me know when the flowers were being delivered and when arrived.

I can't comment on the quality, as I didn't get to see the flowers (it was a funeral that I wasn't able to attend). The website ordering, however, was very easy and the service excellent.

I ordered on a Sunday and the flowers were delivered the next day by mid afternoon. I was kept constantly up to date with friendly email messages.

Very disappointed to discover after placing the order for "Sameday" delivery, that this was not achievable. Order was cancelled so cannot comment on quality.
I placed an order for sympathy flowers for a friend. The order did not arrive and it was only when I asked my friend that it transpired no flowers were delivered but was still charged. I used the contact form and they are redelivering the flowers but less than an hour after confirming the redelivery I asked for them to be sent on a different day but was told this would not be possible and it was too late to cancel and get a refund. My advice, do not use.
First time ordering from this company was a bit worried as only ever ordered from 1 other company for years, ordered some flowers for my mother-in-law and she was most impressed as she lives a long distance away she said she would take a picture to show me when I next see her. About to order some more for my best friend who's been in hospital and will get 10per cent discount for my second order brilliant.
Very disappointed that flowers were not delivered and that I was not contacted by phone to resolve access problems. Also that I was charged in full in spite of flowers not being delivered.

The bouquet of flowers were beautiful and in good condition and arrived in time at the address we specified which was my friend"s house whose birthday it was on the day of the delivery & the flowers were for her. We didn't hear anything from her to say she's received them & to thank us When we arrived at her house she told us that she did not know who sent the flowers as there was no card & no message or note who they were from. She was phoning around asking who sent them, She only found out they were from us when we told her in person. In short there was no card or message or note attached with the flowers. This was supposed to be a surprise for my friend but it kind of spoiled it. My husband & I are disappointed & dissatisfied with what happened.
