I wanted a lovely bouquet of flowers for my daughter in Dubai, the process was easy delivered on time lovely roses and they lasted 12 days, a really good service will definitely use again xx
Although delivery was fast and free as stated the flowers look nothing like the picture on the website. I paid for the medium bunch and it is just your average supermarket flower bouquet. Won't be using again.

I ordered large bunch of flowers over the Internet as a surprise. When they arrived the flowers were on their way out. They weren't fresh and were dying and some of the small buds were flapping and dead. Will not order from here ever again.

I have used Serenata Flowers twice recently. On both occasions the bouquets arrived on the specified date and were of excellent quality according to both recipients (one of whom sent me a photo- and I also thought the flowers looked beautiful). I was kept informed of the delivery time and was advised once the delivery had been made. I'd certainly use Serenata Flowers again in the future
I ordered these flowers to be delivered for a friends birthday on Sat asking them to leave on step if no one in.
They didn't leave on step took back to depot.
They left a card, my friend called the number, the woman who answered said she didn't work for you anymore, but would get a message to the driver to leave in porch(Very Odd)
They finally arrived at 7.15pm tonight.
Flowers are a bit tired looking as I can imagine after 48hours.
I will never use this service again.

A refund or a new bunch delivered would of been nice.

Whilst the price seemed and online pictures looked good the end product wasn't up to expectations. Most of the roses outer petals were brown and some of the other flowers were missing petals / leaves. The overall content wasn't as anticipated either. I have used this company (SerenataFlowers) before and despite good communication I'm not sure I would again. In addition, despite requesting they be delivered and left at back door as we'd be out they were left on the front doorstep. Fortunately they were still there on our return.
I was disappointed that the delivery man didn't knock on the door to let my friend know that they were there. I had to phone her to look on her doorstep which spoilt the surprise. Also the size of the bouquet wasn't what I thought it would be. Will not be using these again.
I ordered flowers via website, as I live over 300 miles away. Communication was excellent and my friend was very happy with the flowers and teddy I arranged for her 50th birthday, thank you for your excellent service :)
I oredered a bouquet that arrived swiftly next day and was kept up to date with the expected delivery and its arrival. Sadly I paid an extra £5 to have the flowers XL but the photo my recipient sent actually looked less than the one advertised for less and cheaper! This is taking into account for the flowers not yet opened. I am disappointed with the supplied flowers I think very stingy.! I think if they produced flowers etc as per photo it would be more realistic and honest
Flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful. Web site very easy to use and I was kept informed every step of the way until they were delivered and even then I received a message to say they had been delivered. I would definitely use Serenata Flowers again.

From the start ordering was simple, order then Confirmed, Progressed, Dispatched, and then Received, and the flowers were Beautifull, will use this company again. Can only speak as I find TEN out of TEN.
I ordered flowers same day delivery and they arrived 2 hours later. Excellent service and really good value.
I ordered flowers for a funeral. They were delivered the day after even though I specifically stated and paid for them to be delivered on the day. They would not offer me a refund and I did not want the flowers re delivered as it was pointless. Very bad service and will not use them again. Very disappointed!
Ordered flowers for my sister who was recovering from an operation. She send me photo of flowers I ordered and they looked lovely.
Great service throughout and very easy to order. Would definitely recommend Serenata and shall be using them again
