It was easy to choose the appropriate bouquet for my sister's birthday and her description of it was exact. She was delighted - and so was I. A reliable florist.

I have ordered 2 noquets for family birthdays and have been delighted with both. The recipients were absolutely delighted and thrilled. I definately will be not only using this company again, but will be highly recommending this to all my family and friends.

The roses I ordered weren't in the best condition... the pink roses were going green like they was old... I was not impressed as they was a gift for my partner I don't think I would use this flower service again unless they could give me some sort of guarentee that the flowers would be perfect. And worse thing is I was recommended this site as good

I ordered a rose in a lovely bucket for my dear friend's 60th birthday. It was delivered on time, as promised, my friend was delighted and she sent me a picture. I was pleased with what I ordered and will use SerenataFlowers again.

Excellent service. The flowers and balloon I chose were beautiful and were delivered on time (I ordered at 9pm and they were delivered the next morning!) Very good price for some lovely flowers and I liked the text telling me they had been delivered.

I used this company to send my sister some flowers she lives I the north and I'm in the south. I ordered on line the night b4 and she received then the following day. The flowers were exactly as shown in picture and she was delighted as I was. This company are extremely good they give u regular up dates via email every step of the way. I will definitely be using them again thank you.

Delivered to wrong address but still sent a delivered e-mail. Had to call round and find where they had been delivered and then go retrieve them myself. Flowers did not match description on site. Very disappointed, will not be using again.

Delivered on time. I am amazed that you can order fresh flowers and they are delivered the next day in beautiful condition. Such a lovely surprise for the recipient when you've only seen them the day before!

Ordered my flowers at around. 7pm for next day and they arrived at 9am the following day. Can't argue with that service! Will definitely be using them again and will recommend to anyone looking to buy flowers, last-minute or otherwise!
