Flowers for my friends 60th Birthday, delivered on time to a neighbour as she was in France. Text to thank me for the beautiful yellow roses?!. My order was a large Peace bouquet which was a completely white arrangement. Contacted the company on the day of delivery and no response almost 3 days later. Will definatley not use this company again

I have only just had feedback on these from my Sister who received them on her 70th birthday as a surprise from family in Manchester. She lives just outside London.
She didn't want to tell me how poor a display they were as she didn't want to disappoint me knowing I'd paid for them in good faith.
But I explained you needed feedback.
So I feel you must let you know in order not to disappoint other recipients of your goods.

I have sent flowers to friends after I received some myself and being delighted with the quality and freshness. It is easy to navigate the site choosing from a beautiful selection. Being kept informed about delivery after placing your order is a bonus!
Friend was happy with flowers but there were 9 eryngium shown in the sample photo and none were included in the bouquet. Somewhat disappointed.
