Ordered flowers (day 1). Received email (day 2) saying my order was out for delivery, wrong, no delivery, no explanation. Received second email (day 3) saying my order was out for delivery, flower arrived, expecting them to be similar to the picture. Wrong, seen better flowers on my local garage forecourt and in better condition. This outfit is a mess, stay away.
Had regular updates of the delivery status. Flowers arrived on stated date and were really appreciated by the recipient. Will definitely use Serenata Flowers again

I live in Australia and have used this site before to send flowers/plants/gifts to family in the UK. The prices are very reasonable, quality of plants is very good and the service is excellent. I received emails confirming my order had been received, then more advising the item had left their store and giving an estimate of the time they would be delivered, then more emails confirming the plants etc had been delivered. My family who received the plants etc always say how great they are.
Online service was very good and kept me well informed on delivery etc which all went to plan. I will definitely use this company again.
I have used this site before, this time I went on line Sunday night to order get well flowers for my daughter, They arrives Monday and she was so pleased to receive them and the service she has passed the site to friends Thank You x

I ordered for some flower to arrive next day for a friend. I received an email explaining that there had been an issue with the courier and they will not be delivered today but they will be delivered on the following day. I then received another email the following day saying that they couldn't deliver them then either! So they were two days late. Don't promise next day delivery if you simply cannot deliver. Extreamly disappointing.
First time of using this site, ordered on a Sunday and needed next day; arrived via courier between 5-6pm as informed; I haven't seen them however they are apparently really nice and packaged very well.

Bit anxious as didnt know site at all, but t'was so easy, choices abundant, good prices, 'extras' ( chocolates, vases, etc) galore and arrived so well held together.
ONLY negative is no PayPal.

I needed to get some flowers to a dear friend quickly who had just lost his mum. Easy site navigate, very good selection. Delivery on time and quick like the next day. Lovely flowers.
I ordered a bouquet of aquarius flowers and a pink teddy bear for my special friends birthday... the delivery was great. The flowers in the box look fantastic... until we got the flowers out of the box to put them in a vase... what a disappointment... all the petals on the pink roses just fell off all over the floor... I paid £30 for these I never expected that my friend was very disappointed... not saying it to me but I saw it on her face... I will not be ordering again from you...

Sent flowers to my mum for her birthday. They arrived on time but sadly not in good condition. One of the flowers completely snapped and could not be saved. No flower food sachet included even though it said there was one.
