My friend was ecstatic at the flowers sent. Thank you, will definitely use again. Ordered at o9.30 pm and still delivered next day.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday on Friday and they were delivered on Saturday.
She was so pleased - she sent photos of the flowers to me. This is my second purchase from Serenata flowers and most certainly will not be my last!
(Hope someone sends me some sometime!)

Ordered for my daughter and she loved them, very different from usual bouquets, she said they looked like a peacocks tail. A beautiful arrangement with a definite wow factor. Oh and they arrived early the next day so service was great too.

Ordered same day delivery flowers on a Saturday for my daughters surprise engagement.
Found out on Sunday that they were not going to be delivered until Monday, when my daughter is back at work.
Very disappointed and frankly appalled that I had to do the chasing before being told this news. Cancelled the order but still waiting for my refund. Will not use again.

The flowers were beautiful but the recipient did not know who they were from, as the birthday message I wanted was not on the card. Bit disappointed about that

My mum received an amazing large bunch of flowers in time for her birthday and included a birthday card for only a few pounds which was great as I couldn't get one in the post in time as it was a bank holiday but the flowers from SerenataFlowers were delivered on Sunday when no-one else could and cheaper than the rest.
Used a few times now, highly recommended.

Saw the picture of a blue orchid bouquet and knew my girlfriend would like them, but the picture doesn't do the flowers justice. They are absolutely stunning, and she Loved them.

This was my first time using Serenata Flowers but sure will not be the last. The flowers were delivered the very next day and you also get to track your order so you can see when it's been delivered which was really good. Also the prices are very good.

After paying for a lovely bunch of flowers and two delivery addresses. Three days later still NO flowers or delivery card to say they have tried to deliver. Very poor and no-one can say if they can give me my money back!

This arrangement was for a Diamond Wedding Anniversary so had to be good, especially as Serenata flowers had been recommended! Was told the flowers were hand tied and were beautiful. I've seen a photo. I was also pleased with the delivery info i was given.

I used Serenata Flowers for the first time. The service was brilliant - easy to use website, great detail on flowers and delivered promptly. Sheaf was slightly smaller than expected and I would have preferred a much smaller card. Sender was not visible without opening the card and the front of the card was simply an advert for Serenata
