All seemed to be going well. Tracked my delivery all good only to be told FAILED DELIVERY. The flowers were being sent to my dear friend in hospital to cheer her up. After 17 emails to MALTA & far too much time wasted trying to resolve the problem I cancelled the order & asked for a refund. That was the only thing they got right! By then my friend had moved to another hospital! I ordered the most beautiful flowers from Flower Divas near Stoke. Fantastic service, delivered the same day & they sent me a photo of the hand tied bouquet for me to see. Excellent. Will never ever use Serenata again.
I ordered my mum a bunch of Blue Dendrobium and she absolutely adored them. They are so beautiful and have lasted a long time too, so very pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

I was very happy with the flowers from serenataflowers even thou they were not mine they was for my sister but I arrived not long after they was delivered to her it was a Thank you for being there for me after losing my husband 10 months ago
I've used Serenata Flowers a couple of times now & have been pleased with the service & delivery. Web site is easy to use. Flowers appear reasonably priced. They have been as gifts each time, so I hope the quality is good. I've had no negative comments. Sometimes have regular updates about delivery, but this is not consistent. Overall I have been pleased.
Flowers not arrived even though tracker says they have! I am trying to sort it out but difficult without having a phone number to call.
It's been a week on since and the flowers still look great. Bought for somebody I was trying to impress and they were completely in aw.
Speedy and helpful service. They even went the extra mile and asked the courier to deliver the flowers around a specific time for me and to my surprise, it worked!

Bouquet nothing like the picture. Flowers were only 35cms long when the details said 50cms. The freesias look like they were ripped up from a roadside plot, twisted, bent and odd bits sticking off the bottom, The roses were squashed and 30 cm instead of 50cm. All in all I was very disappointed with what I thought would be a grandissimo bouquet for my wifes 75th birthday turned out to be nothing more than a poor bunch of road side flowers. I will stick to the florist oe supermarket in future at least they don't lie about what you are going to get 'cos you see them before you buy, not some tarted up photo that is nothing like the real thing.
I ordered flowers from Australia to be delivered to my parents in Wales who were celebrating 62 years of wedded bliss. The flowers were perfect and I loved fed the quirky notifications of their journey to delivery.

Fantastic service. 2nd time using serenata in the past couple of weeks. Really pleased. Will defo use them again. Very happy. Great flower options and wide selection. Maybe the smaller gifts such as wine and chocs could be a bit wider. Need more choice to really personalise overall. Nevertheless, would shout serenta's name from the rooftops
This was the only company I could find that would send flowers and chocolates the same day from USA to UK. The flowers and chocolates were lovely and the card too.
Arrived on due date. Quality good. Have not seen myself, but recipient was very pleased. Nothing much more to say, but have to write one hundred characters to submit review. Will not bother again,!,
Flowers ordered for a Saturday but they weren't delivered. I had to chase the order and then they were rescheduled for the Monday. Once I could get in touch with them (via email, no phone number) they were speedy in fixing it. Apologetic too. Accidents do happen but it was very disappointing.

I live in northern ireland went on line looking for flower company in cheshire, found serentaflowers.com orderd paid and then flowers arrived next day.
No hassel and kept me in the loop via sms and email.

The online ordering was an easy process, especially since I am in the USA, and they were delivered for my mum's birthday on time. Mum was pleased with them, but I feel there was way too much greenery and not enough flowers (she showed them to me as we were facetiming.) They didn't look like they did on the internet. IMO too much money for what I actually got. I ordered Scarlett Pimpernel which look beautiful online, but not what my mum got.
