Ordered at 10pm delivered the next day, sister was very happy! Beaitiful flowers and well worth the money, free delivery
Ordering flowers was a breeze on their well designed website. Communication regarding the delivery was excellent, and the free courier delivery was outstanding. Flowers were beautiful. All in all a great experience

I ordered some flowers for my adoptive dad funeral since I couldn't be there for the funeral.
The flowers were ordered on the 12/09/17 to be delivered on Wednesday 13/09/17 (as advertised and promised 'next day delivery'.)
The flowers needed to be there at the funeral home no later than 9am on 14/09/17 (day of the funeral)
By late evening 14/09/17 after the funeral and after being in contact with a representative via Facebook, the flowers were still not delivered.
I was fuming as this was a very sensitive situation.
By 15/09/17, I still didn't had answers as to what happened and all they offered is a refund OR flowers to be sent to an alternative address. For me this is a ridiculous offer as all that I went through not forgetting that from the inception when I ordered the flowers, their website had an error and charged me 5 times the amount on my credit card.
This was the first time I used this service and NEVER AGAIN will I be using, recommending nor even say any thing positive about this company.
The staff has no answers to my questions and they didn't had the answers readily available to them and could only give me info as to what they were trained to give and as such I was left with most questions UNANSWERED.
I'm still waiting for a follow up as I'm still clueless as to what happened and what is happening with my case as I haven't heard back from them. No refund and no resend as yet.
Thinking that is would have been treated as an EXTREME case and sense of urgency and I am afraid that is not how this is being treated when their dealing with such a sensitive matter and as heart broken as I am loosing my love one, this Serenata Flowers just made everything worst.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who had just come home from hospital. She sent me a photo of them from her mobile, they looked nice and she was very pleased. Would use your company again. Reasonably

Simple order process and delivery to Northern Ireland not a problem like it seems to be with other companies. Flowers were delivered when they were supposed to be and there was good communication throughout the delivery process. Can't comment on standard of flowers as they were a gift and I have not seen them. Would buy from here again.
I ordered some flowers for my fiancee birthday on 11. 09. 18 morning for her bday on 12. 09. 17 and on the morning of her birthday the courier had not even received my parcel and to be told by the awful customer services that the parcel will be delivered in the afternoon however i had already contacted yodel who told me the parcel will be arriving on 13. 08. 17! I luckily had a local florist do a delivery for me which then i told serenata the flowers are useless to me a day after since her birthday had gone which then they offered me a 15% which by then i was fuming! 13.08., 17 and the flowers still not delivered which then serenate finally accepted that yodel are a joke of a company and refunded me my money! If i had known serenata use yodel then i would not have bothered!
Lesson learnt with flowers get them delivered by a local florist you just cant go wrong!

I thought the flowers and choccys were beautiful and you're service was excellent I would order again.

Delivered on time (paid for early delivery), told the flowers were lovely, but have not seen them myself. Chose Serenata as orchids delivered to me were beautiful and lasted very well.

The online booking service is not straight forward, particularly with regard to delivery instructions. There is no customer phone helpline to clarify such issues and to be told on line that all customer based issues and orders are only dealt with on line is ridiculous. Serenata have missed a trick - whilst I could order on line, it was frustrating that I could not clarify a query by phone. Furthermore, what about those (elderly) that do not use computers!
Flowers arrived on time friend sent a pic of them and they looked lovely and she said they were and looked nice
Flowers were beautiful, plenty of blooms. Wife loved them just as pictured. Arrived on time well worth the money.
The flowers were nice enough but tiny bouquet, not worth the price at all, we ended up dashing to a supermarket to buy something more substantial for much less which in hindsight should have done in the first place.
Failed to deliver on the right day used there tracker service just kept saying flowers with their courier for delivery was still saying that at 11pm, finally delivered late next day to late as person they were meant for had left, no service phone number and never contacted me till after the to late delivery rubbish service first time I have used them never again so will stick with Interflora at least you can contact them
Good flowers arrived on time, but looked nothing like the picture! Not worth£43.00 very small and did not last even a week, I will not use this company again or recommend them

Sent my mum and dad flowers for there 35 anniversary and they absolutely loved them, just as pictured and came the next day. I was a bit worried as I'm on the other side of the world travelling, but it was really easy and fast. Highly recommend.
This was the first time I'd used SerenataFlowers. Their site is easy to navigate and they kept me informed of my order's progress. The flowers arrived as promised on my mother's birthday and she was thrilled with them.

Sunday evening flowers vase teddy cake balloon & card. Was ordered as it was my daughters birthday on the Monday. And we're delivered to the door by lunch time, so when she arrived home from work her beautiful surprise was there waiting.! Everything in the catalogue was exactly spot on.!
