Did not guess what was in the box delivered by surprise. It was so big. The flowers were amazing well packed and tied in a pot of with oasis.
I ordered some flowers for my uncle's funeral. When they arrived at the funeral directors the oasis had broken apart. Non of the roses were in the oasis, they were in the bottom of the box in disarray. The funeral directors had to try and put it back together again. I suspect the couriers are the problem not the florist. I would not use them again.
I ordered these flowers to arrive the day my mother went home from hospital. I searched specifically for someone who would deliver on A Sunday and I was delighted to find this site. The ordering process was easy and the site was very user friendly. I paid for the largest of the three sizes and although the flowers were pretty they were only a few stems and a lot of greenery. Certainly no bigger than a normal standard arrangement. I wanted to make an impact and delight my mother as I live in Spain and couldn't be there in person. Disappointed definitely. Would I use them again?. At the moment I am not sure.
Ordering was easy and my daughter's flowers arrived on the right day (even though this was some time afer placing the order, as I subsequently went abroad). She described the flowers as "gorgeous". I was so grateful.

I purchased these flowers for my girlfriend overseas and when the flowers arrived, both of us were amazed at how big they were. I had made some enquiries and I was thoroughly and promptly assisted by their customer service help online as well.
Ordering was easy online, but what was delivered was shabby! By the time the recipient had picked out the rotten flowers, there wasnt much left to put in the vase.

The flowers are reasonably priced and delivery was excellent. I was kept informed all the way through the process. The recepients said the flowers are beautiful.
I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary and although they were delivered as expected - they were a completely different color to advertised. The bouquet was called 'Aztec Sun' and the picture was of pretty much all yellow flowers, which is why I chose it for a personal reason between us, but the delivered flowers were pink.
I'm sure there is some disclaimer that I've missed but to be honest I'm not impressed with this. I spent a lot of money and the colour of the flowers was important. She said she loves them regardless but I feel let down by the service.
I ordered just before 10pm and the flowers arrived by 10am the next day. Got email updates - so service was fantastic. The flowers themselves were a little disappointing, not quite worth the money and not as good as the picture.

Not worth the money at all I wish I had gone to the local garage which would have been better value and had more life in them. I was embarrassed that I had sent these as a gift and went and bought more flowers to make up for this poor bouquet.
I received a bouquet a week ago and they still look as fresh as the day they arrived. On the strength of that I placed my order for a friend's birthday, and I was kept informed every step of the way as to arrival time etc. I also liked the way the whole system was written and operated! Sadly my basket and chocs were delivered to the wrong address. Really frustrating there is no phone number for customer svces. In fairness to serenata my complaint was dealt with quickly and efficiently and a full refund made. They need to change their delivery company.
