I ordered flowers to be send to my Mother-in-law in the UK. The website was very easy to use and I found the prices were very reasonable. The flowers were delivered on time and my MIL said they were really lovely. I will certainly use Serenata Flowers again.
Used Serenata for first time. Easy to use site. Plenty of quirky communication which made me smile which is probably a bit over the top but the main thing is they delivered "what it said on the tin!" The delivery arrived in tact and on time and recipient was pleased with their gift.

I sent flowers to a friend in Hexham for his 70th birthday. I found the website easy to use, clear pictures of flowers and good value. They were delivered on day requested. My friend was delighted and emailed a picture of the flowers. They were lovely. I was very pleased.

Ordered flowers and cake for my daughter's birthday, to be left with neighbour, as requested by website, in case she wasn't at home. Although advised delivery was made I was disappointed to learn that they had been left by the flat's communal mail box even though she had been at home
Ordered a sheaf for a funeral gave complete details of deceased funeral date time and location. Arrived at the funeral to find flowers not there. Maybe its unfair to comment at the moment as am in discussion regarding a full refund but found it very distressing on an already upsetting day. On the positive side I do get instant replies to my emails and not an automated service. Will change opinion if sorted out satisfactorily
I purchased from Serenata Flowers online, the online purchasing was really straight forward and easy.
The reality of what arrived was less than poor. The flowers looked like the last punch at a petrol forecourt on mothering sunday.
Lucky for me, the person receiving them was happy with the sentiment, however after spending over £30 I would not use this company again.
Once again Serenata delivered excellent flowers which made the day for my friend - in a box that made a wonderful car for her grandchild! Everything exactly as promised. Thank you for repeated good service
Surprised at recent poor online reviews, I have ordered flowers from Serenata on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. Ordered Summer Harvest flowers for next day for a friends birthday and they arrived as expected and in good condition. She sent me photo and they looked fab - I did go for the larger size, only negative was I expected a few more wheat ears but overall they were beautiful. Very happy with the service...
I ordered the Summer Harvest bouquet which had been reduced to £19.99, at 8.30pm on the Monday evening and they were delivered around 12 hours later, which at the time I thought was great service. However, my friend who had received the flowers for her birthday sent me a photo and I was disgusted... it was a small 'bunch' of flowers, some of which were dying with brown leaves. Even she had made a complaint to Seranata. After complaining to them, they arranged another delivery the next day which were in no doubt better but not particularly amazing. I would say the complaints handling is efficient and friendly, but unfortunately from my experience their flowers are rubbish.
Easy to order and my sister was delighted with her yellow roses and additions of a bottle of wine and chocolates and balloon which arrived on her85th birthday.
Ordered flowers for a new baby gift and paid for guaranteed next day delivery. I received an email stating they had been delivered, but upon speaking to the recipient the following day, discovered she had not received them. I emailed customer services and did not get a response.
2 days after the flowers were apparently delivered. They were brought round to her by the people who lived in number 123 (she is at 131) who found them on their doorstep after returning from holiday!
Have emailed customer services again, but not holding out much hope of a response especially as they thanked me for my 'corrispondence' in an automatic reply
I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1, because despite the 2 nights camping they did, she said the flowers are beautiful (luckily!)
