Fantastic service flowers were wonderful, looked fresh picked,. Only one issue three heads had fallen off during delivery.

I ordered a bouquet for same delivery and paid £6.99 for this. I was advised a few hours later this couldn't be done but an upgraded bouquet would be sent instead. This wasn't promised for next day and was only delivered next day because I chased for this to be done.
The company appear to be advertising services they can't guarantee they can supply as they are using other florists to supply the goods rather than supplying the goods themselves.
Although the flowers delivered were lovely according to the person I sent them to, I have no idea whether it was an upgraded bouquet and it certainly wasn't same day which was the main reason I chose them.
Was looking for something a bit different and Serenata had it. Recipient feedback was 'exotic and beautiful colour'.
Ordered chocolates and wine on thursday in london to be delivered on saturday for my daughters birthday in ireland did not turn up sunday night receved a email saying problem with the web site but can deliver next thursday, you would think that when you make a mistake like that they would deliver first thing monday with flowers to say sorry

Ordered flowers the night before I wanted them delivered. They arrived on time and they were so beautiful for my Mum, who had just lost her dog of 15 years. They really made her day. She also commented on the beautiful smell. Would 100% recommend this florist and will for sure be using them again when I need flower delivered!

Yes, some arrangements are better than others, but at a start price of under £20 and free delivery I'm not sure what there is NOT to like!

Thankyou, your beautiful bouquet really made my mum's day. She lost my Dad earlier this year and the flowers were to celebrate what would have been their 60th wedding anniversary. They arrived shortly after her return from the crematorium and really gave her a lift. A very fast and efficient service, thank you. I needed a 'get well' at short notice and the flowers were delivered on the next day, a Sunday! The flowers were lovely and the recipient was very happy to receive them. (I also found the messages to let me know they were being 'chauffeured' quite entertaining.) Excellent service.

Flowers ordered for a sudden bereavement, were delivered on time, but one of the Lillies was fully open on arrival, which made the bouquet look odd. Spoke to customer services who didn't seem to listen and understand the importance of the flowers. I will not order from them again, and do not recommend to others.
