Flowers arrived two days late, and have nothing but an online e-mail service to deal with issues, replying with purely scripted answers that solved absolutely nothing. The flowers, once they finally arrived, were not fresh at all. They were brown and looked poor quality, and the next day the petals were already all falling off. Oh, and the card was missing, so there was just a stick in the bunch.
Still trying to get a refund, but not holding my breath. Please buy a cheap bouquet from a petrol station, as they'll be a better present.
I ordered an arrangement of flowers for an aunt's birthday, and to say she was delighted with them is an understatement! The service from start to finish was first class, and the price was very competitive. According to my elderly aunt, even the delivery man was a true gentleman... highly delighted with Serenata, will definitely use again and again if this is anything to go by!
I ordered the flowers online about a week before they were due for delivery. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers, the note was fine and they were delivered in a timely manner with due awareness of my delivery instructions. Perfectly happy with the service.

Couriers tell lies. State item delivered when it never was. Then we get story of damaged in transit! My wifes birthday surprise ruined. Demanded refund which have been told takes 5 days! Disgusting service! You don't deserve to be in business.
I placed an order from my home in USA for my best friend's birthday (in the UK). She received the bouquet, wine and balloon at her office on her birthday and was extremely happy with them. I received email updates from Serenata on the status of my order.
The flowers we received for the funeral were very nice, however the card which came with the flowers was very bad quality for £2.99 and not suitable for that occasion. I contacted the customer service and they sent us refund for the card straight away.
My friend was delighted with the flowers and the quality and value was excellent, the communication and emails about delivery were good.
My only disappointment is that I couldn't contact anyone to request a special delivery because I had forgotten a birthday and wanted to get the flowers there asap. It was a Friday evening and couldn't get them there until Monday with the only ordering. It would have been wonderful if I could have phoned and as a person if there was any chance of getting them delivered earlier.
Ordered flowers and a baloon for my friend for her birthday to be sent to her work address, they arrived just after lunch and she was very hapy with them!:-)
I have never used an international site to deliver flowers to the UK. So was a lil sceptical. I liked the options that Serenata gave to choose from, the payment and mssg were swift and easy. My friend was pleasantly surprised with the delivery.
The only prob was, i didnt include my name in the mssg, as i assumed it would be captured along with the sender's name. So she received them as a anonymous delivery! :)
I was sceptical of using an Internet florist but was very pleased when I did order for the 1st time with serenata, a family member recovering from an operation was delighted, I used them a 2nd time for my sister- in - law's birthday in the middle of September, as she lives approx 150 miles away, I came to visit yesterday and found out that not 1 of the large head roses opened and they were the main component of the bouquet.! I have just tried to let the company know just so they could be aware, but if you dont have a photograph or complain within 7 days they don't seem to want to know. I am extremely disappointed with them as most recipients would not let a sender know that their present was not as good as expected. I. Will Not qbe using this company again! I also had to pay extra for delivery before 12, even though I placed and paid for my order 5 days in advance.
I couldn't be more impressed if I tried. Constantly and continually updated with the progress of my order and delivered on time to my dearest friend in Huddersfield West Yorkshire for her birthday.
I placed my order in Melbourne Australia on Saturday morning UK time and the order was processed and transported and delivered by 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon for her birthday. Definitely recommend Serenata Flowers to everybody. Thank you
I ordered a bouquet for a friend in pain. All I can say is that the flowers arrived in Bangor, Northern Ireland by 6 pm after I ordered them the night before. I was able to email and ask several times if they would be delivered in time as it was important. Definitely worth the money, when your friend feels better. It made her day. What price on happiness even if you cannot see it.
Was very dubious about ordering flowers on the internet. Being over 180 miles away from where the delivery was going. Everything was perfect from ordering the flowers, payment & the delivery. Received a message to say they was on the way & when the delivery was made. The flowers looked like the picture on the website. My friend was very pleased. Very happy with the service, will definitely be using again. Thank you.
I've used Serenata for several years and always found the service and flower quality to be really high. Unfortunately this time things didn't go right and I've been very disappointed. As the recipient of the flowers was out, the orchid was left on outside the entrance to the block of flats. A neighbour noticed the box and took it in by chance. However, it was two days before the orchid got passed on to the right recipient, by which time the flower stalk had completely died. Normally orchid flower stalks last for months, so I can only assume that it was a poor quality plant to begin with. Very disappointed in both the delivery and the quality of the plant.
... with very reasonable prices and prompt delivery (even on a Sunday).
I had a terrible experience with another online florist a couple of months ago, but Serenata were terrific.
I'll be using them again.
