Ordered flowers for my late mum's birthday (the first without her). I placed the order the day before and they arrived promptly. They were well packaged and fresh on arrival, would recommend and have no hesitation to use again.

Flowers were ordered, should have been delivered the next day, but were not. No communication to say why they had not been delivered. Delivered the day after they were due with a £3. Refund. Still no apology or explanation as to why they were not delivered on the set date. Incredibly poor service in my opinion and would not use again. £3 refund does not do justice when they were order d for a specific reason!

I didnt see the flowers in person but I received a picture and they were absolutely stunning. I sent them as a 70th birthday gift and they didnt disappoint. Would definitely recommend and use florist again.
