Not very happy ipaid £22.98 for my mums 91 birthday when the flowers wete delieverd ro the care home the carerers sent me a photo i was disgusted i could have got a btter bunch for less at a supermarket
I sent serenta flowers the picture and they wete not interested not using again totally disgusted
Very disappointed- Plant was to be delivered on 30/9/2017 - Not delivered to Monday 2/10/2017. Track Delivery said it was delivered on Saturday. Glass plant holder broken in two places.
Ordered the flowers the evening before, they arrived at the recipient the next day - great service will use again for sure
I was so impressed with the service. I ordered flowers at 7.30 at night and they were delivered the next day free. The flowers arrived and they were beautiful. I will definitely order flowers again.

Absolutely no finesse, attention to detail or effort put into the flowers I ordered. Very disappointed left them at the hotel. I would neither recommend or use this service again!
My advice would be head to a decent local supermarket and save yourself money and the embarrassment of giving them as a gift.

I find it hard to buy flowers for my elderly grandmother who lives on the Isle of Mull, so finding a service which was happy to take the ferry and deliver them to her doorstep was a godsend. She was very pleased with the flowers I got her, although I didn't see them personally I was told that they are beautiful. Only downside is that I bought a card to go with the flowers that I didn't realise I had bought, it came as an extra after I selected the bouquet I wanted. I put in a message which I thought would just be stuck on a cardboard card in the bouquet not realising this would lead to me being charged extra for a card - but that might have been down to me not reading the instructions. Nevertheless the service was great and they were delivered on time.
When I ordered my flowers I was asked what time the funeral was. I stated that it was 1.30pm but the flowers never arrived until 3.35 when the funeral was over. It was very upsetting for the family to come home and find the wreath on the doorstep. When I queried this Serenata Flowers stated that as it was free delivery flowers could be delivered any time that day. I was not made aware of this otherwise I would have shopped else where. I would not trust this company.

I bought this boutique to say thank you to someone who lives in the same care home has I do. When the bouquet arrived she burst into tears because of how beautiful the arrangement of bouquet is. Everyone who as seen them since including nurses and carers have asked where I bought them from because they are so beautiful.
