I originally used as thank you flowers to the Mum's after a wedding, and the flowers were stunning! Easy to order, delivered on time and beautifully presented. So used for a birthday surprise and again absolutely beautiful and appreciated.

The bouquet was very much appreciated. All the flowers were as fresh as they could be. My daughter sent me a photo of them, she was absolutely delighted! Thank you serenata for such excellent service. Its a pity though, your website doesn't give an opportunity of either morning or afternoon delivery, to save waiting in all day for them to arrive.

I sent a complaint last monday for the flowers I sent on saturday, there were very poor and most of them old. Noone has replied so far, I am very disspointed with your services and customer services. At least they could reply to my request, the whole surprise was spoilled

The recipient of the bouquet was, as she described, over the moon with the most beautiful bouquet of lilies and roses.

Received both bunches on flowers but in all honesty considering i went for additional stems i dont believe they are worth it... Was tad embaressing really would have expected better for what i paid. Just as well the delivery was free... i shall stick to local florists.

I ordered the flowers 9.30 on a Friday night-the flowers were delivered NEXT day about 11.00 AM.
My daughter called to say the flowers were beautiful and I should not have paid so much for them -she didn't know little they cost.
I find that the service & price are second to none.
