I was extremely worried to send online flowers, especially as it was in another part of the country that they were to be delivered, and I wouldn't necessarily see what I have paid for! Auntie was delighted and well surprised. I still was nervous as she could of just being polite, but when I received the photo of them I was exhilarated they were beautiful, sumptuous and exactly what I had paid for Thank you Serenata Flowers, you did us both proud
I will certainly be using this service again without a doubt. Plenty if communication to let me know when the flowers were out fir delivery and then to say they had been delivered... My friend loved them so I was pleased.
I have still not worked out why the same flowers were delivered two days running but I must not complain. The quality was very good.
From start to finish your service has been fabulous keeping me posted at all time from departure to arrival. And they arrived as promised. I would definitely recommend your company.

The reciept was veryy happy with the flowers and delivery. For me was quit diferent flower when i have order online and diferent when i ask the reciept to show me how they look, was not excatly the same, which was quit shame. Maybe next time will be everything perfect. Thanks
Sorry to put this but I wouldn't buy flowers from this company as they tell u have that u have to take the out petals off there flowers which I have never done before and for the price u pay it's not gd
I went online and it said guaranteed delivery next day if i went with them, even though it was evening time when i placed the order, it wasnt untill order was processed that i was informed it would be another 24 hours and my friend received her birthday gift a day late

I thought he order process was easy, the updates on the deliver status useful and the finished product was beautiful. I didn't realise the card was going to be a proper card, I thought it was just a nicer small card

Ordered flowers and wine for parents anniversary was told they were beautiful. Were left on doorstep so unfortunately not found till next day but have been informed no harm came to them

I am quite disappointed to say the least my wive recieved her flowers yesterday I could tell something was wrong when I asked if she had got her flowers she the told me how the stems on some of the flowers had turned a yellowish colour plus some leaves had died off I emailed to let them know this and was eventually told I would get a complimentary bouguet my wive works 8 to 3 she waited until 4.30 and they still had not arrived not happy
Very easy website to use to place your order. The flowers were delivered on time and were just as great as the picture showed. Very reasonable prices with free next day delivery, would highly recommend!
