I put my order right on the cut off time and the flowers were still delivered next day. Good communication and my mother in law was over the moon with them giving me loads of brownie points! Will definitely recommend and use the service again.

My Mothers surprise 60th birthday flowers (premium) arrived looking like they were purchased from Tesco last chance to buy section.
Terrible presentation, crushed/ dead flowers, the message was a folded piece of A4 paper and the flowers are minimal (even if you upgrade to the premium)
I have sent 2 emails complaining yet no reply- customer service non existent!

The delivery was fine but the quality of the flowers was not so good. The roses were all but dead on the day of delivery but the lilies were fine and are still alive ok. All the roses are dead now

The flowers were for my GF & I have to say what was on the picture wasn't what I had delivered. I should've got them from a supermarket... better quality, more for your money.

I was very happy with the service of the florist I even managed to change the delivery address in a moment after the approval of the order I highly recommend I add the bouquet was beautiful!

I arranged to have these delivered to my wife and sadly we were disappointed - no more than 3 freesias, very little greenery and the roses were already starting to go over - nothing like the website photo definitely not worth the money spent.

Ordered flowers on Sunday to be delivered to a nursing home on Monday. Was kept informed of the flowers leaving to them being delivered safely and to time. Flowers were amazing... will definitely use them again, well recommended

I wanted some flowers to be sent to UK to my mum would have been my parents 62nd wedding anniversary but my dad passed away 3 years ago! We live away looked on websites usually use another company but they could not deliver! The service from Serenata was awesome emailed to thank me then email to say flowers had been sent then an email to say they had been delivered my mum was amazed at the flowers etc what a great service

Ordered at the last minute as usual but managed to get them delivered on time! My friend was delighted with them and even sent me a picture. I must admit they were gorgeous colours. So very very happy with my purchase and will use them again.

I ordered these to cheer up my parents. My mum said how lovely the flowers were when delivered and had a lovely smell as they began to open up in their warm living room later that day. My mum was very pleased with the flowers.

I sent flowers from USA to recipient in London. Address was accurately provided. Then they claimed they had a failed delivery and retried AFTERNOON when I had paid extra for a morning delivery. Did not get my damn five quid back or even a sorry about that email. I will find another service for my next send to the UK.

Second time I have used Serenata Flowers and was very pleased. My aunt loved the beautiful bouquet and truffles that I sent her for her 90th birthday, she said they made her day. I will not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to friends and family.
