I ordered a basket of flowers for my Auntie's funeral. They arrived on time at the funeral directors. The flowers were of good quality and the card was hand written, which was a nice touch. Would use again.

I ordered my sisters birthday flowers the day before, the driver couldn't find my sisters house so he rang me up to ask where it was. Very happy with the service and my sister said the flowers were beautiful.

Awesome flowers, used before but unfortunately they were not delivered on my mums birthday but the day after. Customer service was good and have agreed a full refund which I should get in the next 5 days

A brilliant service, the flowers were beautiful and were delivered quickly, I ordered them at 9.30pm and they were there the following morning. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone

This service was appalling, no note was left with the flowers ordered, the flowers were half dead when received and left in a puddle of water in a box. I will NEVER use this service again.

Would suggest that recipients of flowers are left with a simple feedback, serenata addressed, stamped post card.

I have booked flowers for my friend on Sunday to request delivery for Tuesday because they where celebrating wedding anniversary. Enough time to make arrangements to make sure that you will deliver custome service as promised. I was shocked when I called to say "happy anniversary, did you like the flower i have send"my friends answer was what flowers. She got her flowers next day left at neighbours.

Very happy with this service. Arrived just when ordered, beautiful flowers. Would definitely use Serenata Flowers again. Very pleased with the services, and especially liked being kept up to date with the despatch and delivery aspect.

Terrible disgusting. Didn't receive flowers at all and would not give me refund. Please please please don't even think about using this company

The flowers were beautiful but no one knocked on the door. They were for my wife for our anniversary and the person who delivered them just left them in the shed and ruined the surprise. It was pretty disappointing as she was in at the time. Also the message in the card was all wrong and had numbers instead of letter. It was an anticlimax to it al really

The flowers were fine as usual but the courier had left them outside and they were in the rain all night.

Loved the bouquet but delivery was left on porch on a windy day. Box was blown over into front garden. Disappointed.

Very disappointed flowers arrived (that were lovely) and contained selected anniversary card but no message inside. What a shame - all else perfect.
