I was very happy with their service. Having not ordered flowers on-line before, i was not sure whether to or not. I must say, i was very happy with their friendly service. Will definitely use them again.

Used this site to deliver flowers for my Aunt's 92nd birthday. I kind of errr... forgot, so ordered the evening before! Sevenoaks Florist handled the order and arrived on the next day as requested and in top condition; my aunt was very happy indeed with the flowers and she used to work in a florist herself! All good.
This is the 2nd time I have used Serenata but will be my last. The actual service of delivering flowers is perfectly adequate, but when I tried to amend the delivery date 5 minutes after placing the order I was unable to. Further, I wasn't able to seek a refund, even when pursued with the online support team and making an official complaint.
Clearly this company just want your money regardless of the poor customer service (I explained numerous times that the recipient of my flowers was on holiday and instead of pretty fresh flowers found flowers that were, naturally, beyond their best).
I'd recommend not using them and trying another florist... very disappointing.

Apart from a error with delivery address by the courier the flowers were eventually with the recipient. Serenataflowers did locate them and contacted the people who were holding the flowers which were held locally to the correct address. They e- mailed me regularly with updates with the exception of one e-mail I didn't receive. All was well in the end although after 24 hours. The flowers themselves I have been told are beautiful. So thanks serenata will use you again.

Unfortunately the Roses were falling apart with one actually rotten, the daisies were also in very poor condition when they arrived, spoiling the whole bunch. Ive used serenata several times previously and this is the first time Ive experienced any problems. This was purchased for my wife on our anniversary so I am extremely disappointed.

They kept me informed from the start to the actual delivery. My sister liked the flowers. That's the main thing!
Ordered flowers with vase for delivery to an elderly lady - age 86. Vase was delivered broken and equally the lady was heartbroken. The company demanded photographic evidence of damage before taking any remedial action.
Poor lady does not have a camera or smartphone and lives too far away for me to drive to her home and take the necessary photograph. My journey cost would be greater than the cost of flowers and broken vase.
Reported the damage to customer services and explained our predicament but it seems that true to company policy, no action will be taken and I have not received a reply.
I have used the service of SerenataFlowers many times before and never had a problem but alas this was the last time and I will never use them again - very sad for such a lack of understanding and compassion.
I was very pleased with the service I received, the flowers were delivered on time, if not earlier than expected and my aunt was very pleased.
Left it a bit late but amazingly flowers arrived just as they said they would my daughter was delighted with them.
