Never delivered

Ordered mother's day flowers for the woman I have been dating on April 12th, to my surprise they were never delivered. During this time period she moved but I called to update the address but the flowers weren't delivered to either the old or new address. Instead of sending the flowers or refunding me their response was sorry for the inconvenience. I've used them previously won't use them again if they don't make it right.

I ordered flowers 2 weeks before Mother's Day and wanted them delivered the day before so We could place the flowers on her grave on Mother's Day. They were not delivered the day before so I agreed to give them until the next day. They never were delivered! I had to sit on hold for another hour before someone answered. Do not use this company!

WTF! This company is a JOKE

Ordered a beautiful bouquet with roses. The bouquet our Mother received for Mothers Day 2021 was nothing like what we ordered and there wasn't one rose in the bunch. Contacted them with my complaint and told them I was embarrassed and extremely unhappy with the product delivered after paying $77.25 for the most expensive option. Their response was to issue me a 20% credit of $12.37. I am beyond disgusted by this companies complete disregard for their customers. Will never order from them again. Don't bother ordering from them cause what you order is not what is delivered. Pathetic! I have attached pics to show how awful these people are.

My mother is terminally ill and i wanted to make it a special mothers day before passing by buying her her fav flowers. The business claimed the flowers were delivered, however were not. I went back and forth several times with a rep. I spent $91.14 for the flowers and after the 10th email was informed i will be reimbursed $14.77. I am livid and will be seeking legal advice. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS SITE!

Didn't arrive yesterday--contacted customers service and they apologized and said they will be here Monday (after Mother's Day) and offered $20 coupon for future which I refused. Then they offered a 30% refund--not 100% refund. They are either the dumbest online company in business or the most dishonest--probably both.

3 Strikes? FULL REFUND NOW PLEASE!

Initial Order was over a week ago. My Mother called me, "Thanks for the Card". I thought she had received my Mothers Day Card (which I had sent by USPS), AND the Flower Arrangement sent thru 'www.SendFlowers.com'. BIG SURPRISE...(Mom's Response), "I did not receive ANY Flowers".
Then, I call, explain there was no flowers delivered. Gave this Company a 2nd Chance. Two days Later... called my Mother late at night. Guess what?! NO FLOWER DELIVERY! At this point, I stated that I want a FULL IMMEDIATE REFUND. No sincere apology. Barely could understand the Customer Service Rep. (I have lived in various countries - even if you stammer thru basic phrases, I can typically understand the content). I will never use this company again - ever. Currently have an NEW Order that I just placed with 800-Flowers. Hopefully, they will get the job done in a much more efficient and timely manner.

Pleasantly Surprised

I ordered flowers from this place without reading the reviews. I finally read the reviews the day before scheduled delivery and was very concerned after seeing some of the images and stories. I considered cancelling but I only paid $49 including delivery so I just figured we will see what happens. I purchased the deluxe custom flowers where the florist designs the arrangement for you. You don't know what the arrangement will look like until it is delivered. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the flowers were delivered on the selected delivery date and the surprise arrangement was actually very pretty. I probably will continue to order through 1-800 flowers for peace of mind after these reviews, but these were beautiful. Maybe the not knowing what type of arrangement you will get helps.

Terrible flowers

The arrangement arrived late, with brittle flowers and the incorrect type of flowers, plus it is tiny, considering we paid for the largest size, it is barely a bouquet. Just all around awful. Don“t waste your money.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's first baby, my first grandchild to be delivered the same day she was born. She just had a very difficult labor which resulted in a c section and wanted to surprise her with this arrangement. The surprise was spoiled when I didn't hear from her about getting the flowers and had to ask her if they got there. It was not delivered that day which was a Saturday, and they said they would deliver them on Monday. I told them she may be discharged on Monday and to deliver in the morning. She was discharged and they attempted to deliver in the afternoon. Now it will be the next day before they finally get delivered to her house - 4 days after they were supposed to be delivered! The arrangement that was delivered was NOTHING like the one I thought I was buying, not even baby themed! The first picture is what I wanted and the second picture is what was sent. I sent them an email requesting a refund per their customer satisfaction guaranteed policy, but of course, no response at all! I should have checked the reviews before ordering. Absolutely the worst flower company I have ever used.

The worst ever

I have order a bouquet of flowers for my new born niece and while the picture online showed a beautiful bouquet and a cute teddy bear they received this pathetically made bouquet and a white teddy, extremely disappointed! Just look at what it was supposed to be sent and what they received! Disgusting service not worth a penny! This site should be blocked! Oh and it seems you ca not submit your review unless you select a star, you don't disserve it!

Worst company ever

Total waste of a company. Ordered flower 3 days in advance of my bosses 40th birthday for delivery and shocker the flowers never showed up. They wanted to send them another day for a discount but why not just delivery when requested. Had to fight for a refund. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

I ordered orchid flowers for my mom's birthday for $100. On the day of the delivery, Lee's than an hour from delivering them I got an email that the flower was not available and had been replaced by similar quality flowers. I called and asked what they were replacing orchid stems with and was told, after waiting on hold for: 30, they couldn't tell me but it would be beautiful quality. Well I wish I could include pictures. Google orchid stems-gorgeous and they last a month. My mom got daisy's, 2 pink roses an iris and a couple snap dragons. Upon arrival some of the stems were broken and it looked really cheap! Waste of money. Super disappointed

Photo of what i ordered and what i actually recieved. On top of delivering late.
Ordered balloon too and did not recieve it as well. Plus side they did give me a full redund.

Worse place to order flowers 6 texts in day and a half before funeral and finally said they couldn't get anyone to deliver them! But would deliver them 3 days after funeral REALLY! Never will order or use this company again!

I ordered balloons for my niece paid extra for the bear and box of chocolates it was supposed to be delivered the same day. It was not by 9.00pm no one contacted me.to let me know anything I had to email them then they told me that they would upgrade my balloons to be bigger I had ordered the boutique of balloons when my sister sent me a pic of It when it finally did arrive it had 3 balloons I was so angry I called and wanted a refund the guy I spoke with said ok I can refund you 11.00 back I was so angry I spoke with his supervisor he then told me that he would give me half my money back and have some more balloons sent the following day then calls me and. Tells me they can't delivered the balloons cause the hospital won't allow balloons in there wtf he lied to my face worst place ever to get anything

HORRIBLE!

I put in an order by phone the day before my sister's funeral, like SendFlower's told me to. I live in KY & her funeral was in MI. The day after her funeral my sis-in-law sent me a pic of what the arrangement that SendFlower's had sent to her funeral and I was totally mortified! It looked NOTHING like the one I had paid a little over $100 for. It got my whole family really upset with me, that's how bad it was! Below is what I ordered and the one they sent had NO lilies in it and only 4-5 small ugly plants that stuck straight up 4-5" out of the pot, came in an ugly round brown basket that looked like it had come right from Walmart!. I tried to upload a pic of it, but unless a pic is 300x300 pixels it won't allow you to upload it. They told me I'd receive the receipt in my email account, which I never did, and the person I talked to never gave me an order # either. It's also NOT on the bank statement, and they're now saying they have no record of me ever ordering, even though I have the bank statement to prove that I did! I can't express enough how embarrased & humiliated that I was for this to have been sent to my ONLY sister's funeral! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, so you don't have to go thru what I have!

Ordered flowers on April 9th to be delivered April 10th for birth of grandson. Did not arrive. Told will arrive Monday April 12th. No flowers. Both times customer service messed up. April 13th daughter in law goes home. Had flowers sent to home. Arrived today April 16th. This was a very special gift, to Mark the arrival of new grandson and a bonding gesture from family to new mother since we live so far apart. I am mad it took so long to get this straight after promised Saturday delivery then a Sunday delivery and a Monday delivery. Find out no notation in record of two calls. I got that from customer rep call number 3.

If I had seen reviews would of went with FTD. Wanted daughter-in-law to have nice flowers when she woke up Saturday because she had C section.

I was beyond angry.
