Really wish I had read these reviews earlier - I too have sent them a perfect phone which they promised I would recieve £105 for and I have recieved nothing! Emails saying they have sent payment and that they have recieved my complaints! But nothing! I have also tried calling the number *******375 and there is nothing no answer! I am reporting them to trading standards and watchdog! I am also going to look into small claims! This website should be shut down! Its a disgrace people can do this!

I sent an XPeria 10 back to this place 4 weeks ago and have still received no money. I was offered £92, and as I am struggling financially I decided to downgrade my phone and try and get some money back on this one - what a mistake. I have tried calling this company - no answer, emailed a few times and had automated responses and only one genuine contact from a human (if you can call them that) stating that they were busy and things were delayed. My order status had never been updated and having read reviews on here I now realise i will never receive any money. I'm so angry that people can be so dishonest and scheming - get a proper f&^£^*" job! I'm going to contact Watchdog and Trading Standards so something can be done by this lot of crooks. Avoid at all costs even if you get offered less elsewhere - Envirofone were always good.

I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO BE RIPPED OFF BY THESE SCUM! WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE HAND. I SENT MY 6 MONTH OLD SAMSUNG WAVE TO THEM ON 9TH JULY, GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM ON 11TH JULY SAYING THEY HAD RECEIVED THE PHONE... ITS NOW 3RD AUGUST... NO CHEQUE FOR £78 AS PROMISED, NO REPLY TO EMAILS... THEY ONLY REPLIED TO THE ONE I SENT SAYING I WAS GOING TO THE POLICE AND TRADING STANDARDS... BUT I STILL HAVENT GOT MY MONEY... IVE JUST PHONED T MOBILE AND GOT THE PHONE BLACKLISTED, BUT THATS LITTLE COMFORT WHEN IM OVER £80 OUT OF POCKET... IM NOT GOING TO LET THIS MATTER REST THO... EVEN IF IT COSTS ME MONEY I THINK I WILL GO TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. I KNOW ITS WORKED FOR OTHERS

We really need to come together and make a group complaint, perhaps even file a class action lawsuit against them for gross breach of contract and improper conduct! We really need to make our voices heard! I am still waiting for a £200 cheque, 3 months later... It sounds like everyone has lost, even just marginally, and we deserve to recoup our money! I can't believe i've just read some terrible reviews about this site. Selloldphones.co.uk have my phone which worked perfectly and ive not received a penny. Email messages go unanswered and no doubt if I do actually hear from them they will try to rip me off as they have done other. I will be getting in touch with trading standards. I'd have rather given my phone away than give it to a thieving bunch of con artists. Feel such an idiot to have been ripped off. Shame on them.

There web site is rubbish I sent my brothers mobile phone to selloldphone and by the 26th october I recived an e. Mail telling me that your order has been recived for verification once this has been clarified then payment will be processed within the next 7 to 10 working days giving me the transation id no well I have sent them an e. Mail but nothing for thouse who read thease e. Mails don't use selloldphone to sell your mobile phones they or rubbish

This website ask customers to send phones, and never pay them, or pay less then what they agreed.

Whenever I try to get in touch with SellOldPhone.co.uk‏, they keep on sending an automated email which makes no sence. I haven't received any money from them.

First they kept on saying it is being varified, which took few days, now they keep saying it has been varified and I should get a cheque anytime, but still I haven't received anything from them. Now they are expecting me to wait for another 14 days before then can look into my order and reissue the cheque, which I am 100% possitive they have issues any cheques for my phone anyway.

Please beaware, they do offer good prices which they are not going to pay. I have already started talking to BBC 3 counties Radio and will also take legal action if I can

I have sent back over 20 phones in one go to this site - this based on my personal experience of using them before and things going well. This batch of phones is on behalf of my company.

They received all the phones on the 9th Aug and have not paid as of yet. As you can understand my boss is not entirely happy with this. Do not use this site. Should money not be forthcoming very soon then as an academically qualified solicitor I will see personally that this is dealt with in the manner which is deserved.

Best option - send your recycling to o2 - yes the money is slightly less but you know they are going to be there tomorrow and will make sure you are sorted out with payment as negative press is not good for them considering their own competition.

I send my phones, on middle july, nokia n95 and samsung tocco lite, they told me they going to pay me £135, on my acount was wrote money send 27.0710, but 6. 08. 10 still now money, send them emeil, got answer what they just send money on 06. 08. 10, so waiting again today still no money, found today your reviews and nearly want cray... So does it no chance to get money back from them? www.selloldphone.co.uk-will send you virus to you emeil and he is going to eat all your programs! I am so angry... Feel sorry for all people hu not receiwed money and send phones... :(
