This is my second order. And the first order I was surprised at the level of personal attention provided to make sure the order was right.

The second order was delivered, timely, and fit perfect. Even though I got white 1 inch mini blinds where you can find anywhere, it's hard finding what you want at big box retailers with confidence that you are getting what you want in need.

My order for the blinds was easy to customize and they arrived carefully packaged. Installation was easy and they look great in our home. I'm very glad to have purchased them!

I had a great experience with my purchases. I bought 2 shades. Online order process to the delivery went very well! Mounting was easy.

We received the blinds on time. Had them installed in under 30 minutes. Good instructions, easy for our son to install! Very pleased with them.

The second set of blinds were not broken and my husband put them up. They look wonderful.

I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service on a fix but both the original make and remake for the motorized premier blackout top down bottom up blinds with the no-drill mount has been a bad experience through and through. The pre mounted brackets in both makes align with the batteries and internals on the blinds so you can't mount. I suggested they also just send normal brackets with the remake but that was ignored. I could probably just take the brackets off and remount but for how much I spent on these I think that's ridiculous.

The first set even came pretty marked up from them trying to mount/test them at the factory. I'm guessing they gave up and just shipped.

Stick to their cheaper, less techy options and you should be ok. I've bought a lot of blinds from them over the years and am now looking at other vendors. Seems like the QC process has gone downhill.

I was told I would hear back about the remake three days ago, but nothing. Almost two months since my original order date.

Oh and they denied the fact that when I ordered these they didn't offer the $9.99 resize insurance. Idk if it was a site glitch or what. Not that I need that but just be aware.

Measure twice, order once.
Seriously, measurements are everything. Measure top/middle/bottom across and left/middle/right vertically.
Follow the measuring directions.

Easy to order, had the right texture and color. Mounting was a little tricky as it was a hop screw in mount only, but it worked out and holds the blinds beautifully. Highly recommend.

It is a real do-it-yourself experience, where you are not completely sure how the finished product will look. In the end, if we had known that the Roman shades would fall so poorly, we wouldn't have bought that style.

This was a very easy purchase and the entire experience went very smooth. I absolutely love love my blinds.

On January 27,2025, I attempted to install four (4) NO DRILL BLINDS with a 1 1/2 inch headrail. I decided to try the shorter depth with the thought that the TOP DOWN, BOTTOM UP CELLULAR BLIND would be made for the shorter depth headrail. However, this was not the case becase the blinds that I received were a 2 inch headrail. I previously purchased four (4) NO DRILL BLINDS with the 2 1/2 headrail with no issues. I'm unable to use the blinds with the 1 1/2 inch headrail because they continue to fall off the headrail. I reported that I'm unable to secure the 2 inch blind to the headrail. As a result, the blind lays on the headrail. When I open the top of blind, it either moves side to side or falls. I can not use the blinds purchased.This product is not worth the cost. I'm disgusted with the horrible service from Select Blinds with trying to make this right with the customer. The only thing Select Blind can offer is for me to spend another $400 for the same product with an additional 10% off but get the 2 1/2 inch headrail which cost the same as the 1 1/2 inch headrail. Are you kidding me. This could have been resolved by sending four (4) 2 1/2 inch headtails. I will never purchase another product from this company and will spread the same information to others who have asked me about the service.

Ordering was easy and the blinds arrived pretty quickly. They were a perfect fit and easy to install. They exceeded our expectations

Ordered the zebra roller shade for a few places in our home. Absolutely love the quality and that you can order samples at no charge to find the best color. Would highly recommend

The product was received assembled wrong by select blinds. I reached out for help and eventually repaired the mistakes myself before I was responded to. Just shows the poor quality control and assembly that goes into their work.
