I have tried multiple times to reach out to customer care about the order I was charged for but have not recieved. Each time I am ghosted after several Aigenerated responses.

We ended up getting 2nd pair of shades due to 1st ones being too narrow. Hard to understand measuring even with customer service. It all worked out well. 1st pr will be fine in bedroom windows.

I received my adjustable shades and it was not what I expected. I expected it to come with something else besides a double sided tape to hang it up. There was no hardware to install and it was very thin.

Good. No complaints, easy to install and correct size. Would buy again.

Needed some roller shades and didn't want to drill into the drywall, so tried the no drill blinds. These blinds were so easy to put up. Definitely worth the extra cost.

The 2 representatives of this company were extremely courteous and helpful in making my decision easier. I opted for the 2 inch room darkening shades for the elegance and light adjustability. My only complaint is that the chain mechanism isn't as smooth as it should be.

The measuring and ordering process was simple. My blinds arrived quickly and were very easy to install. Plus they look great!

Easy to order on line, but when I had a question, customer service was patient & helpful!

We ordered 6 fairly large cordless cellular shades for an accessory dwelling unit—4 room-darkening shades for the two bedrooms and light filtering shades for the living/kitchen area. We followed the measuring instructions carefully, and all the shades fit into the windows well (interior mounted), and the installation went smoothly. The room darkening shades are very effective in minimizing the light in the bedrooms when they are closed. The only improvement I would like to see is more responsive action from the cordless feature. The issues might be related to the large size of our shades, but I find I have to "encourage" the shades to go up with repeated upward nudges rather than being able to smoothly lift them up to a higher position.

I ordered a roller shades that were supposed to be fabric as per the description. Not only were they made out of vinyl and no fabric at all but the shipping estimate was totally off. These took weeks to get. I tried to get a refund or even a credit since the product was not as described and the company refused. Very disappointed. Never had a company refuse to offer a credit or at least try to make the situation right. Would rate them negative stars if I could.

After ordering fabric samples, I chose a William Morris design for 3 roman shades. I followed the window measuring directions and the shades fit perfectly. Very happy with their look and cordless movement up and down.

I've since orders 2 more blinds because I loved the first one so much. I also love the price.

I received my order and I ordered 2 and neither one fit and they won't roll up! Cheap made

If you can work a measuring tape and a screwdriver you can hang blinds.
