And the whole process was extremely easy. I asked for a couple fabric samples. They came immediately. Taking measurements was a breeze. And I felt more comfortable. Just calling them in. The designer was extremely helpful. My blinds came. I ordered seven altogether. And they are extremely easy to install. I am so happy with my order.
We ordered a zebra shade for our small bathroom. We originally had upper and lower curtains on curtain rods but my wife said it was just too much for such a small room.
This is the first zebra shade we have ever had.
The only thing we wish we had done better was to have the shade a bit longer. It comes down to the bottom of the window casing. To get the shade to look closed we have to raise it a bit. If it had been a bit longer it would still cover the bottom of the casing when closed. That was my mistake.
We still are happy with the look of the shade.
The process for building the blinds was intuitive, and the specifications for install were transparent - we have very shallow windows so this was important, and not clear on some other sites. The price was very reasonable and the quality was good. Shipping was quicker than expected, allowing us to have the blinds installed before moving Mom in, which was a nice bonus.
I needed 8 cellular shades for new windows that had been installed in my house. I compared a full-service company with SelectBlinds. The full-service company wanted four times the amount of money for the same blinds, but they would measure, order, and install them. They also would take many weeks to supply them. We ordered 2 separate orders for our 35 windows in our house that we just had replaced. Everything arrived well packaged and secure, on time, and exactly as we ordered it. Every component was in perfect working order, and the blinds were VERY easy to hang myself. I've already recommended to a friend who just built a new house based on their feedback seeing them at our house.
I'll also add that we're glad we went with wooden, as our 2 yo and 4 yo boys already "accidentally" hit one of the sets with a ball they got Christmas morning and everything survived unscathed haha!
Ordered for my winter home and the samples came quickly and then the blinds were perfect. Had to wait a bit to return to that house and install but had them up in minutes and they work and look great. Long time customer and will be again.
I did have it pull loose from the no drill top attachment, after being up a week or more, but I firmly pushed it back up and SO FAR it has not pulled loose again.
They're not the same. It's unfortunate due to the cost being so much higher. The fit is not perfect but not bad enough to deal with the hassle of shipping them back.
Glad to find a replacement for my well worn shades that were a higher quality than found in the big box hardware stores. Dimensions were perfect and the labels helped me sort them out for each window!
Who attaches blinds to double doors w a stick-on Velcro strip? Talk about ruining a door. And for curtains that have no other way of hanging, no way of drawing them up other than two loops.
I guess ur supposed to stiff them in there.
I could have (a) repaired my sewing machine and (b) ordered material and ( c) sewn them myself for half that.
As it was, I had to order curtain rods very close to the door and just feed them underneath the rod. They aren't really held by anything.
Also, delivery was not fast. Gives Made in China the reputation they have.
The product itself was nice and as expected. They offer a free FIT guarantee. We mismeasured 2 windows by < 1" and the price for the replacement was 90% the cost of the original blind due supposedly to the extra 1".

I never had cordless blinds before, so when I received them, I was like, "How the heck do I open/close"... and finally realized how nice and simple it is. So much better than string cords to open/close.
Shipment arrived on time. Relatively easy to speak to a real human if you need customer support.
Will purchase from this site again.

We ordered several sets of faux wood blinds that are very nice, as well as 3 sets of cloth vertical blinds for sliding doors that we are also happy with. We had some issues with installation due to the nature of our windows, but a handyman was able to do the necessary modifications to our window framing to allow an inside mount. All of the blinds look great!
My wife and I love the blinds we purchased from SelectBlinds. We have a large Kitchen window (95"W x 55"H). We opted for the splits blinds (two separate blinds, each with their own separate wands on the outer sides). The blinds are attached on the same one rail which makes it nice.
The Customer Service was great, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our window also has a slanted skylight, so we had the two side walls to do inside mounts install, and top had a metal support across top. Customer Service gave me great advice on getting all the top support mounting bracket done. We are highly satisfied! 😃
I was shocked that Roman shade I purchased looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. The fabric was different than the sample I received and the quality of craftsmanship was non existent. When I hung up the shade it looked sloppy and homemade, not something I'd expect from a $200 Roman shade. When I tried to tell SB about the issues they would not listen, and kept arguing with me, saying that I had to "prove" that it looked bad. I sent multiple photos, but they told me a committee looked at them and determined the blind looked ok and said that I should be grateful I got a blind at "such a good price".
I've been buying from SB for years - but because the low quality and rising prices along with absolutely zero customer service I will never buy from them again. Please beware there is no recourse for any issues and you'll be stuck with whatever they send you.

I wish I could give a good review, as the product seems good. Unfortunately, we are not able to hang the blind we ordered because the color we received did not match the sample they sent us (which we based our purchase on). The customer service to get this corrected has been awful and almost nonexistent. If you do get someone on the phone, which has proved very difficult, they are in no position of helping you. They continue to tell me they have escalated the issue and I will get an answer in 2-3 business days. I have had to upload photos twice now, because they keep demanding different images. I have been dealing with this for over 6 weeks now. I have no resolution. I caution anyone who chooses to order from this site to expect no customer service once they make the sale. Just plan on losing the money if it doesn't work out. Again, to reiterate, this is the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time, and I never write reviews. This is the first time I have been compelled to write a review of a company.

I have been a SelectBlinds customer for years and have recommended them to friends and family members. Our daughter recently had a problem with her order being delivered several weeks after it was promised and I assumed it was a one-off issue. Recently, I ordered blinds for a bedroom in our new home. The blinds arrived three weeks after promised and the wiring harness (for the electric wand) was bent on two of them. Sadly, this is probably my last order from the company.

I love these blinds, but I've been waiting weeks for the promised defective part they promised to send. The website still says in production. One guy said 7 days, another told me it was shipped a week ago. The 5-year unlimited warranty I paid extra for says the blinds are "covered for rowdy children, dog's or cat's play toy, or anything else, no questions asked" yet when another blind was damaged, they refused to replace it.

My blinds were delivered November 24. After over two dozen emails and 2 hrs and 53 mins on the phone I stlll have one blind with crease, one blind that cannot connect to the Tuiss app and the Bond bridge that does not work. Customer service representatives read from a script and have no idea how to resolve problem. Asked for a refund multiple times and the silence is deafening. Do not recommend.

Yes we received our order but ever since have had issues 1 set of vertical blinds was fine but the other set was not working right with the corner tabs. We have reached out for help we have had some communications but to no avail. Still have not resolved the issue as of today.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
