I ordered two blinds—one for the living room and one blackout blind for the bedroom. The living room blind arrived in perfect condition with great fit and finish. Unfortunately, the blackout blind for the bedroom arrived broken. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it, especially since it's over six feet long, making it more trouble than it's worth. Disappointed with the quality control on that one.
Our new blinds were easy to order and easy to install. They look and work great.
I spent the extra money to upgrade to no-drill blinds, and it was worth every penny! My only issue was trying to find installation instructions for them. These were included, on paper, taped to the headrail in the box. My problem was that I unwrapped the blinds before the headrail, then when I didn't find the instructions included with the blinds I assumed I would have to look up how to install them online. So thankful I found the instructions! They work great and look beautiful.
Password changes in the middle of shopping were very cumbersome, especially while using a link from the very email I had to go back and retrieve the code from. Lost ALL data including measurements and had to start over. Almost didn't order because of this.
Very pleased with the ease of ordering from the website. We ordered the shades with no pulls, so it's just very easy to pull it down and then push it back up. The shades are very nice.
The video on measuring and installation was very helpful.
My window blind was correct, I think. I have not put it up because the door blind had the wrong mounting brackets. I called right after I received the blinds to let the company know this. They needed pictures and I sent pictures. I was told that a would get an answer to the problem within 48 hours (business days). I waited a week and did not receive any response. I called again and was told I would get an answer to the problem within 48 hours, (business days). No response I called again and after receiving an additional picture, finally got someone who told me they would remake the door blind. I am waiting to see if that happens.

I like the blinds and they were much cheaper than the big box retail stores. Don't recommend using their screws - they strip too easily. All in all a very good experience.
Recieved shade, followed all instructions, charged motor, shade does not work! Called customer service, hadto make a video of the problem so the production crew could see.They sent me a new wand, same problem! You can not speak to anyone that has any knowledge of how these things work.same problem sent back to production crew for review. Service is terrible, maybe you might get an email back. Just want a refund and ill go somwhere else!

Easy to order on line, sale price looked great. Final product was great, easy to hang.
Blinds turned out lovely, gave my sales associate my measurements and placed my order over the phone. Will be ordering again.
The blinds are great and fit the windows perfect as long as you measure it correctly. I installed some on my front double door and they look great, but they swing when the door is opened or closed. To prevent this there should be a clip to hold the bottom of the blind in place so that don't happen. That is the only issue I have found with them.
The internet site gave clear and concise information for me to make the best decision to fit my needs. I was able to view the proper technique to hang them and felt that I was capable. I did read several reviews to get an overall impression of the products and the company wich was helpful.
Blinds were shipped only a few days after my order. Packaged well and in perfect shape. They fit perfectly. Price was fair. Very happy with my purchase
I purchased roman shades and when we put them up I did not care for the bars in the back. Yu could definitely see them when hung. Looking for other options.
The blinds were easy to order. Any questions were answered quickly by customer service. One blind was damaged due to the shipper. Select Blinds replaced the damaged blind within one week.

Order placed and received badly damaged. Customer service was great and reordered the blind. Received it about 2 weeks later but it had minor damage. Customer service was great again and shipped the parts needed to repair the blind within a week. I need to order over 10 more blinds but am concerned that the shipping company will damage many of them in transit.

I wasn't told when my items shipped so that was weird, or when the got delivered. The product i received was very high quality and surprisingly easy to assemble and mount.
My only only regret is not being offered the side covers that block residual light from entering on the sides.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
