I'm disappointed with the poor quality of the roller shades I received. The materials and craftsmanship do not meet my expectations, especially given the price point. What's more frustrating is that your "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee" feels more like a marketing slogan than an actual commitment—there's little support or resolution offered when a customer is genuinely unhappy.

I have been ordering from this company for years for all 3 of my houses.

Blind looks great. This is my 4th cellular cordless top down button up blind, but my first one from select blinds. I have 4 brackets to use to install it for an inside mount. I have not been able to i stall the blind with the brackets that came with it. I have spent several hours on it & even had someone else try to install it with no luck. I have watched their you tube demonstration too. As I mentioned, this is not my first blind I have installed so it isnt like I haven't done this before. I cant return it because it is a special order. I'd rather be able to use it. I spent over $200 on this. I have reached out to customer service to see if I could get new brackets in case they are defective & still waiting to hear back.

I really like the blinds I ordered, however, when we hung them they would pull down straight and were crooked. I contacted customer support and they very quickly responded with a few tips to correct the situation. The tips worked perfectly and I really appreciated the quick response.

Have no fear, this Company has you covered! The easiest website, with the largest selection, quality products, detailed instructions for perfect fit that you can install yourself…yes please. I just ordered more no drill, cordless, blackout cellular blinds for every window!

Overall it was smooth process very quickly answered all my questions

Love the blinds, the ordering process, the ease of installation and will purchase more. The only problem I have is connecting it to the bond bridge so I can raise and lower the blinds while away

The purchasing process was easy and when I had questions regarding measurements someone from the call center was able to answer my questions leaving me feeling comfortable about my purchase and submitted measurements. The color is amazing and loved the samples they sent so I could match my decor perfectly.

Ordering was easy but when I called with installation questions it was not satisfactory.

I ran into a problem & did not write down the proper measurements so they did not fit. You sent me a new set that fit perfectly. Have done business with you before & will do business with you in the future

The blinds were easy to install. I would recommend a rounded screw head instead of a flat. The flat screw head (included) tends to get stripped easily and the rounded has a better grab is you install the hooks.
