I had a good experience ordering from Selectblinds.com. The website clearly describes how to measure and ensure you're getting the correct sized blinds. The price also made the blinds a solid value, and have been a nice upgrade over the mix and match blinds in my house previously. All 11 blinds we ordered fit perfectly. We did have one issue with a small crack in 1 of the valances, but Selectblinds had a easy warranty claim process, and sent me a replacement with no hassle. The lifting/lowering mechanism takes a little getting used to, but after a few days you get the hang of it. And the windows look really nice without cords or wands in the way. Would buy again.

Was initially disappointed that my package arrived to a vacation home earlier than expected and somehow was torn & runover by a vehicle (!) before I could receive it. Thankfully the reporting process was quick and easy, and a replacement shipment was sent very quickly. Now that I have the shade installed, with top & bottom adjustable opening, it perfectly suits my need in the dining room to regulate the light that comes in... and at a great price! Thanks to your great staff for their help with the damaged shipment!

Following the measurement directions for inside blinds, all blinds fit beautifully. Mounting was straignt forward. Blinds came in good time and cabin has been upgraded with the look provided by new blinds.

The vinyl blackout shades that we purchased have not been a very good experience overall. Installation was easy, however, one of the shades is a little short and comes off of the brackets easily. Additionally, my biggest complaint with these shades are the mechanism to pull them up and down. Although it was described as easy to use and kid friendly, it certainly is not. Every time my kids try to put up these shades it takes them multiple attempts, and then when it does go up it rattles out of their hands and unwinds. So virtually after every use, I have to retention the shades. At this point, I wish I bought the shades that had the easy button.

Great price and great quality. I bought bamboo shades for a cabin rental in the bathroom. You can see out but not in which is great. Love them@

While updating our kitchen I had Roman Shades on my mind for the two small windows. After measuring, contemplating spending even more money, then measuring again I decided to just jump in and order them. Once they arrived I put them up immediately by my self. It was so easy to do! They completed my vision for our Kitchen and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I got a pair of blinds and they operate differently. One pair doesn't retract when you pull on it and the other zips up so quickly you can't grab ahold of it and it gets stuck in the cassette and spins erratically nearly causing injury to anyone trying to fish it out.

Website's easy to navigate, prices are clearly stated, shipping was quick, product was packaged securely.

I spent too much money ordering custom blackout shades from them, and they made them too small. I shared photos as proof to customer service. They acknowledged that their production team messed up my order and are now refusing to give me a refund for no reason except that they need to wait for their production team's response... It's been three weeks. I have been emailing and calling customer service, and they all refuse to send me a return label. The customer service team can give nothing but false platitudes, clearly, the company doesn't prioritize its customers. I ordered from them in the past, and it was fine if they don't mess up your order, but the quality is subpar. They are shady (pun intended), don't trust them, their "warranty claim" is meaningless. I plan on contesting the charge with my CC company

Easy ordering, quick delivery, good product, easy installation

Easy to find a product I like with very specific measurements. The quality is great and the installation is straightforward.

Looked over the website before deciding to purchase. Lots of blind features, colors weren't as plentiful as I hoped, but I found some that would do. Easy measurement instructions; very easy measurement input. Found a coupon code that knocked it down to an easily affordable price for 3 blackout shades and 3 light filtering shades. Installation was almost as easy because there isn't that much to do, they look great in my room and make a huge difference in being able to sleep later due to blocked daylight.
