I have purchased blinds a number of times from your company. They are shipped quickly and have almost always been perfect. The one time that a blind did not roll up corretly, a new one was shipped to us immedudately.
The blinds are beautiful. They function perfectly. They were a little trickier to hang than I anticipated but only because my windows aren't square so leveling them took some time. They don't sit quite as tight to the window as I had hoped. Because the top down/bottom up portions are rather bulky the actual blind sits about a half inch off the window frame and allows a bit more light through than I anticipated. That said the room is still very dark and I would definitely purchase them again.
Bought 3 Up/Down Shades in Taupe based on the website picture. The customer saw the picture and agreed they were the color she wanted. Unfortunately, the color is nothing like the picture.
Easy to order them- but putting them up was a little stressful. The end pieces were taped to the ends and came off while trying to installing them. It was frustrating- but once they were up- we were super happy!
We waited to order when there was a good deal. Ordering was easy. Measuring was confusing. We had outside mounted blinds. It tells you to add 3" to to you inside measurement. We added 4, but the blinds barely cover the molding. We thought the rod would be that size and the blinds would extend out farther, like our old ones. Not the case. So make sure you order the exact width you want COVERED Don't just add 3" to each side. Still looks good, I can just see the trip around the blinds.
The blinds fit perfectly, they look beautiful and you'd never know we did it ourselves.

Fairly easy to install, about the same as installing regular home blinds from your local improvement store. They look great as well and the measurements are exactly as ordered!
Had to save the end to fit between shade end & wall! Need shade decrease to 46 5/8 & new tract replaced. I'm out of state 4 the summer! Will contact when returning to San Antonio tx
I ordered incorrect size but it was easy to quickly get new one ordered and shipped.
Just hung them up. They look great but cord already broke. Cord is too thin

After visiting my aunt and seeing her blinds, I decided to order some myself. I was a little nervous about installing them, however it was super easy! So pleased with how quickly they came, how easy they were to install, and how great they look!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
