The order was not perfect. 7 blinds...one blind had a twist rod the other ones didnt. Maybe "made in mexico" has consequences
I made an order and received my blinds and all measurements on my end were correct but one and I emailed saying that I messed up the blinds and that I needed them replaced and was shocked to find they'd replace one blind for $10 for shipping I don't think I had ever been so excited in my life!
Very patient with multiple sample requests from myself and my husband. When we found the one we wanted for the roman shades, their how to measure made it super easy to evade we had the right measurements and it was easy to order. The fact you put what room each blind went to was nice not only because it helped keep track of what we ordered but they came labeled (top of the shade that hooks into the holding mechanism) so there was no guess work to which one went where.
They came in the exact size that I ordered. I had asked if they came lined, and I was told no. So I went with the sea glass color since it was the less see-through of all the colors. It came double material. So it's very heavy. It has one line of Velcro on the back. Are use it on the front door since I'm in Florida and the sun comes through, and it's very hot. The Velcro would not hold it up. Had I known it was going to be double material I would've done another color. But it's very pretty and very well-made. I wound up using two small thumbtacks to keep it up on the door. Not that I wanted to do that but I didn't have a choice. I didn't want to have to re-order one that goes inside the glass. In the end, it worked out OK. If I had a metal door I wouldn't have had so much luck. I don't know what I would've done. I probably would've had to send it back.
These blinds are Beautifully made and are quick easy to install.
Need a super small camper size and they did it quickly and efficiently and they are really nice!

The first ones I ordered for the French doors came with one completely broken and the second hyper active and the suggested fox didn't work but they replaced them and they work better but these are not good quality at all. Not as nice as the top/ bottom shades that I had ordered previously.

Order placement was clearly explained and arrived in perfect condition. All measurements were exactly as discusses.One disappointment; The assembly instructions as to how to assemble the valance returns we not in the package. I was referred to a video which was useless because it described everything but the issue I am having. Will call again to get assistance. I love the customization so I can find what fits my needs. The product quality and price are aligned.
I have been trying for two weeks to get a resolution on two shades that were incorrectly made and the process is flawed.
Also there are options on details for blinds that are not clear. The photo showing soft rolled as an option doesn't show the blind completely down. This option changes flat shades to draped shades which is not apparent because the coastal Roman shade is photographed as a flat not draped shade.

Ordering online was so simple and easy. Order came in super fast and installation was so easy for me to do myself. They look amazing!
Was super easy to follow the measuring work sheet and followed instructions to the t and it they fit like a glove. Quality seems better than what is in a big box store. Easy to install as well two clips and your done!
Samples came in quickly and helped me feel confident that I was choosing the correct blind.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
