Retraction cords on sides of blinds very sloppily packed resulting in breakage of one in trying to get blind closed. Blinds themselves very nice, but cords with knotted rubber bands not so good!
We love these shades. The color is beautiful especially with light gently behind. We got the lined but not room darkening. We are very happy with the amount of light coming through. I have never had motion shades and these are fantastic. They work beautifully.
Only issue was delay in shipping with no updates. Also, did not find instructions until we opened last shade. This caused confusion in hanging them, but called and got assistance from customer service.

Been trying to reconcile a warranty claim on a brand new product for almost 30 days. They keep sending the wrong parts. Not one person I've spoken with has issued an apology or attempted to make it right. Other than just "trust us we ordered the right part this time". I would not receommend them based on my interactions with their support or attempt to get a warranty replacement. Low quality cord broke the first time I used it.

I had no problems ordering the item. Had to problems putting them on my patio doors.
It was an easy ordering experience. I simply measured my windows for inside mount and they arrived with the correct measurements. I have a son with special needs, and unfortunately we deal with a lot of property damage in our home as a result of his disability. He ruined two of the four window blinds we used to have on our windows, so we were needing to update them with something new that he couldn't easily destroy. Went went with the modern woven motorized roller shades. I had been looking for new shades for some time, and ordered samples from various companies, but I couldn't find a color or style I could agree on. Therefore, I decided to go with the modern woven roller shades in Greenwich Grey. Although I didn't request a sample of the shade prior to ordering, I was happy once the shades arrived. It's a neutral color that will work for our home. I only wish I had ordered the shades sooner as our damaged blinds were an eyesore. The shipping is quick considering they custom make them. Just try to have some patience. We ordered ours on 7/4 and they arrived 7/17. I think it's quick considering. I was just impatient as I was tired of dealing with the condition of our current blinds.

I wish it was more clear in the photos that, depending on the way the blind rolls, the two sides are different colors. In the example photos there isn't a difference and now the top of my navy blinds have a white roll. Not happy with that aspect.
The experience of buying blinds for our whole house was very smooth and easy. We would absolutely use SelectBlinds again should we ever need blinds for our home. The install was smooth and the blinds really add a nice touch to our home.
I was a little worried about the blind fitting properly but we followed the directions for measuring and the blind is absolutely perfect! Love the color and the double insulation. From order to delivery was about 2 weeks….installation was easy too!
They fit perfectly in the frame. Just measure the exact opening and you won't be disappointed.

The free samples were a big help in selecting my new window coverings. Ordering was a breeze. They were delivered quickly & are a perfect fit! I couldn't be more pleased.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
