Upon receiving the order after weeks of waiting the balance portion of our order was defective a rep said a replacement would be shipped right out… been another two weeks and still nothing…. Very frustrating

We are very happy with Select Blinds, their customer service us great. Very reasonably price. Make sure to use a discount coupon. The blind delivery box was carefully wrapped, protecting all the parts. Installation was straight forward as we read the instructions throughly and followed the directions. The only thing was that one of the nail head broke when we drilled it into the wall. There was only 6 nails in the package, so we ended up using one of ours as we were missing one. But overall, the installation experience was good. The faux woods 2" blinds was perfect for my window. It has a luxurious look! The valance length was 100% perfect. So we recommend you carefully measure the exact width of the window.

The 1st order delivered were the wrong size. After contacting Select Blinds and going over my original measurements the 2nd time I was forced to wait an additional 9 days. The correct size was then delivered. The blinds are fine but it was an inconvenience

These were THE best blinds I ever bought, they were perfectly cut and fit like a glove - worth every penny - love them.
First, we were sent the incorrect instructions. Even after being on hold several times and finally being sent the correct instructions, getting the brackets installed to exactly mesh with the head rails was a real problem. If a drilling TEMPLATE had been included, that would have easily solved the problem.
