Blinds were delivered promptly and size was accurate:

Easy install. Should have maybe took off 1/8 to 1/4 inch. But I made it work.

I replaced a set of blinds that had just passed their 3 year warranty. Ordering was easy, but the price had doubled for the exact same thing.

I ordered these blinds years ago for my first floor and now just ordered again for my bedrooms. I feel like the quality of the mechanical system doesn't feel as great as my original purchase but they work.

Had one blind that was 4" to wide and had to wait 2 weeks for the correct suze. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

I purchased a blackout cellular shade after reading Wirecutter's favorable review praising quality and easy install. Online ordering for samples and later, for the shade, was easy and the price was competitive. The shade arrived fairly quickly and both quality and color were great. All was good until install time. I could not get the header to "click" into place (inside mount). The instructions and the video are seriously lacking info. I called customer service several times. They tried to be helpful but each video they sent had a different type bracket and showed an outside mount install. Long story short - the screws were the problem. They provide hex screws and the screw head is too big which prevents the header from clicking in. I replaced the hex screws with pan head screws from Home Depot and then the rail clicked into place.
Selectblinds should recognize this problem. They should redo their installation instructions/video and include the correct low profile screws for inside mount installation. I hope this review will save other customers the frustration this project caused me.

The product quality is good but had some issues with the measure therefore a remake. Customer service is a hit or miss. Had to contact twice to find a representative who was willing to find a solution. Production took longer and slower shipping. Products made and shipped from Asia could be the reason. My order took a bit over 3 weeks from the ordering date to delivery. Upon the writing of this review the remake is still no in production after 2 weeks.

We bought these exact blinds for our home last year. Now we are full time RVers and we needed a new blind for our kitchen area. We knew exactly where to go, Select Blinds!
Fast production, fast shipping and an absolutely perfect product. Highly recommend.
When we do our bedroom area next year, we'll be back to order more.
