How to 5 x 5' shutters made they came in the wrong size company made them over for no charge. They said we gave them the right measurements and they didn't make the shutters right within two weeks we had our new shutters and they were perfect there a great company to deal with.
As usual they did not disappoint. I love my select blinds both horizontal and vertical. This was not my first time ordering, I would not use anyone else.
Order comes quickly and never any problem with the order
I received and installed a mini blind. I discovered it was 1 inch short of the ordered measurement. I was directed to the warranty department, followed the instructions, took pictures and a video and uploaded it all. 1 day later I received an email informing me my claim was being honored, new blind being made and an apology for the delay.
That is outstanding service and standing behind your product.

1st... you shipped it to the wrong address... you sent it to 345 Clown Point and our address is 345 Crown Point... fortunately we did receive the shipment after a little delay.
I was on travel when it was received and just had the opportunity to install the blinds. I find that the measurements on width were off, as it does not properly fit the two sides of the sliding glass door. The length is accurate, but the width of one should have been 45 1/4" and the other should have been 47 5/8". How do I go about getting these two shades replaced?
I noticed today when I went to open the blind I just purchased it is not recoiling up very well. I feel like select blinds quality has gone down hill. Have purchased blinds for 3 different homes. Have had to remake blinds for 5 separate windows in current home. Going to be looking elsewhere for blinds in the future.
Built a new home and purchased all blinds through Select Blinds. Have really loved the quality and feel for all the blinds from the start. Have only had issues with the cellular top down bottom up blinds. Just re-ordered another one of them. Purchased in 2017 so warranty is up. Unless you really need that feature I would steer clear!

After I put the second blind up, it was very very difficult to pull down unlike the first one. I was afraid to pull to hard in fear of breaking the blind. I called and was given 3 days for a response which upset me. I took the blind down to see if I could figure out what was wrong. I pulled very hard and the blind worked. It was just very very stiff or stuck. After moving it up and down a few time it loosened up and now works fine. I had an hour of major frustration but it turned out ok.
I was looking for dark green blinds. They delivered perfectly. It takes a while to get the items but they are what you ordered. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
