I've ordered blinds from this company twice so I guess that makes me the idiot. The first time I got blinds with remote mobilizations as the blinds are placed 20' from the ground so they are impossible to close manually. The batteries in all 3 blinds went out immediatel. The replacement batteries were just as worthless and 1 never even worked. Fast forward a few years and I'm looking for blinds again and come across their website. I think ok I'm just getting regular manual blinds this time so how bad could it be. I should have stopped there and went somewhere else immediately. The blinds came all the wrong size one of the blinds had a broken cord another blind had the wrong roll and so they're solution so far was to send me one cord replacement that I get to install myself and then give me the runaround about why the other blind has the wrong outward facing roll. It has been now over 2 months since I was supposed to get my replacement blinds and I've been told multiple times they've been sent and then when I call in they give me an excuse of why they haven't been sent and why there's an issue and now it is somehow my fault that the blinds are wrong even though the order is very clear on what I needed and they sent the wrong blinds. Abysmal customer service and I will never use this company again and I advise anybody that is reading this to go somewhere else.
ORder process was straight forward and quality was above par. Installation was easy. Recommend using a long level. Draw a straight line then attached mounting brackets to the line. Snap in and done. The on and off swicth was a challenge to find BUT found it.
Easy to install and look great in my living room. Will be buying more.
I've ordered numerous times and never been disappointed. Everything comes in the correct fit every time. On my most recent order some small but important hardware was missing from the shipment. I was honestly surprised that when I contacted them they wanted a photo. I sent it, they honored it, but waiting through their shipping again was inconvenient.

After being quoted $25,000 from a local window covering store I was able to order custom automatic shades with remote for $1,200. An over $24,000 savings! Also I would never order full price because they are always running 50-60% off sales.
Product meets expectations. Delivery fell short, especially tracking order status, inaccurate info from customer service. Further, while installation was mostly intuitive, an installation enclosure would have been helpful.

Easy ordering fast delivery very nice quality easy to install
We are very happy with our blinds. They provide privacy yet still allow light to flow through.the installation was very easy.
Always enjoy the. Serves a perfect purpose. Some of the blinds are always half down… others are raised as needed

Fine. I received my blinds and opened the boxes. They are the correct color. I have not yet measured the 8 blinds.
Customer service does not live up to their promises. When I installed my blinds I discovered that I only had one wand for two blinds. Called June 30th, customer support wasn't sure how to request a wand, but promised me they would take care of it and I would see an email in 24 to 48 hours with a shipment date. On July 9, I had not seen an email and did not see any updates to my account on their website, so I called again. This time they did add an order I could see on the website, which was supposed to ship on the 11th, and I would get an email when shipped. That order stayed in the same status. On July 25, I called again and got the same answer, no idea why it had not shipped, but they would find out asap and I would see an email in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago, still nothing, no email on when it will ship or why it's taking so long. So I guess I'm making my 4th call Monday.

Have ordered from SelectBlinds many times over the years and have had great service. I love their blinds and they always fit my windows perfectly. The last order was for vertical blinds for a double door. They look great and I love them. They always have great instructions how to install them.
I have ordered from Select Blinds many times and have always been very satisfied.
After ordering many free samples, I decided on a light-filtering cellular shade for the triple window in my newly renovated bathroom. The instructions for measuring were detailed & customer service was very helpful when I had a couple questions before ordering. My 89" wide blind arrived promptly, was securely packaged & was easy to install. I would not hesitate to order from this company again!
We've ordered multiple Coastal Roman Shades in Textured Ivory - some with the standard liner and others with the blackout liner. We've used this exact color before and were confident in what to expect. However, this time we were extremely disappointed to find a significant color difference between the shades. Even without sunlight coming through, the interior-facing color of the shades is drastically different depending on the liner type (both of which were ivory). There was no indication on the website that the liner would impact the color so dramatically, which made this especially frustrating. To make matters worse, we've spent hours on the phone with customer service, trying to resolve the issue. We were told multiple times that a supervisor would call us back, but we've never received a follow-up - despite repeated requests. The lack of accountability and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating, especially as repeat customers who have always appreciated Select Blinds in the past. Because of the drastic color mismatch, the blinds don't match and can't be used as intended in our space. At this point, it feels like a complete waste of money. We're shocked by the lack of accountability and truly hope Select Blinds will stand behind their product and customer satisfaction guarantees. Avoid mixing liner types if you order these - or better yet, consider ordering elsewhere if you want dependable customer service.

This is the second time I ordered a large sunscreen roller blind. I compared samples with other brands and found that SelectBlinds had the best quality and larger selection. I have recommended them to my son for his new house.
The blinds I ordered is a perfect fit. However I ordered them in black thinking it would work with my dark grey accent wall. It was a tad too dark... but I looked at samples sent to me and I think I found the perfect shade and this shade will now be moved to another window.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
