The light blocking cellular shades I ordered fit perfectly, look fabulous, block all the light, and are exactly what I wanted. I am extremely pleased. Shipping was quick considering they were custom made to a specific size. Installation was so easy (husband handled that part and was thrilled with the hardware included). They were covered under warranty and easily replaced. They definitely honor their warranty. My only concern is when my warranty runs out. No issues with any of the other blinds and shades.

Fast shipping. Installation was easy. Instructions could have more information. For example, is there a way to check on the status of the battery? I don't know if there is or is not. Blind doesn't always open on the first try in the morning. I don't know why.

These blinds where so easy and so fast to install. I love the top down bottom up blinds. I can close the bottom to keep my dogs from barking, the tops down so I don't loose my view or the daylight.
