They were able to shorten the lead times for the stock 2-1/2" faux wood blinds by finding another white option that was in stock.
We have three shades in our kitchen, and when the remote control is set up properly to control all of them together, but it rarely works out that way. It definitely doesn't work as expected.
Either one shade will work (and leave two out), or two will work and (leave one out), or who knows… maybe all three WILL actually work at the same time, for one random time.
Also, even when they do all go up/down together, they roll up/down at different speeds. Even when all three shades are at an equal full charge.
I would say that it is worth spending a little more money elsewhere, if you think these issues would bother you. I would return if I was allowed to.

Our dining room faces west and afternoon sun is brutal. Light filtering shades take aware glare and brightness. We live on a lake which makes glare worse. I chose blinds with no hardware. They were simple to install. Will order again.
Blinds showed up on time and look nice, good quality but customer service is only available through a WhatsApp chat, I put a question into the chat and never heard anything back. My blinds are the automatic lift/drop by just pulling down/holding up. But they are VERY hard to pull down, to the point I am afraid they may end up bending the supports

They were the correct measurements and came in a timely manor! They are beautiful and we love the look!
The wood shutters I received had some quality issues. The center shutter hinges didn't line up with the frame hinges and had to re-install. Also, The magnet catches were not centered, off to one side. I had to remove and replace.

Took a little longer than I expected but everything worked out fine
We had a 6 ft window with a 3 ft window on each side set inside the opening. Measured as instructed. Tricky getting the brackets placed correctly to get the symmetry. Looks okay but now wish we had gone with outside mount
We ordered 5 blinds for our living room bay window. 4 matched and 1 did not match the spacing of the other 4 zebra blinds. Reply was can't guarantee matching. Beware when ordering more than one‼

The shades we're so easy to put up and achieve the amount of filtering of the sunlight that I desired.
I ordered and put the wrong size in. No one would help and customer service said I'd need to pay more for a replacement. They're sitting u used in my garage. Pointless purchases.

The shades were well built and easy to install. They are solidly constructed, thick and seemingly durable.
First two blinds installed easily. Third one fell apart upon opening the carton.

My shade was exactly the size I ordered and fit perfectly in my window. I was very happy with the whole process of ordering a specific size shade
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
