Customer service felt at first the initial cut was doable if the width was 1/2 in. Too short but correcting it made the fit perfect.

I received my order, the box was damaged and so was the blind. I spoke to customer service, sent a few photos and a few weeks later I received my new undamaged blind. Yes it was a bit of a pain to wait longer than anticipated for the blind, but given the issues other people have with customer service departments, mine was easy and uncomplicated. I give the company a 5.
The instructions to measure the blinds is not true… after measuring per instructions and receiving we have open strips on each side that could have been covered if it was measured correctly… not too happy..

The color I ordered was more red. What I received looked like pumpkin. The receipt in the box had a number for the color and no name for the color. I called customer care twice and was on hold to long. I sent msg asking for the name of the color number and I never received a response.

Had to call in order to make sure I ordered my additional blinds in the same color as the first one. Person I spoke with was very helpful, had all my info at fingertips, did not have to go over things multiple times with different people and my order was placed quickly.
For me, there were so many options that I called and placed my order. She helped me get exactly what I needed!

I ordered four motorized blinds, and 8 honeycomb cordless blinds. I had a lot of issues getting the motorized blinds to work. I was finally able to connect with a customer service agent that helped me reprogram them so that they now work with the remote control, but I still have not been able to get them connected to the bridge so I can program them to raise and lower at selected times. Two of the motorized roller blinds came an inch too long and it took hours and hours of hold time and back and forth with customer service to get my warranty claim okayed. It has been resolved now, but the process was rough! I'm still waiting for the last two motorized roller shades to arrive.

It was very easy to purchase my blinds on the web with Select Blinds. There are great instructions for measuring the window and selecting the blinds. There is a very good selection and I got exactly what I wanted.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
