Do yourself a favor and don't fall for one of those 'window treatment' companies quoting you boat loads of money, for the same exact thing, only to mark it up 4 times! Grab a measuring tape, order from SelectBlinds and do it yourself and you will save boatloads of money! Trust me.

We haven't had time to mount yet. It's at our place at a campground on a lake, but everything looks good in the box. I've ordered from you before and we are very pleased with your product.
Easy ordering instructions and measuring. Had no issues with the measuring, sizing and ordering.
Had to order 2 blinds for kitchen windows. First order 12 in.wide by 32 in.long delivered 11.3in. By 36in. Tried warranty process & reordered- the 2nd set had the same results. Customer service said they have 1/8in. Variance, so I reordered again at 13 in. Wide by 32in. Long. This 3rd set came 12.5 in. Wide and STILL 36 in. Long. Why put length on, I don't believe they cut length to order! Mounted one blind of this 3rd try and it wouldn't stay down when pulled down. The spring mechanism must have been too tight causing it to automatically rewind - lift up.
Since the width & length wasn't correct after 3 tries & the blind malfunctioned, we GAVE UP. We lost $50+ due to return policies. Never again!
I bought two remote controlled blinds. After a week of getting them working together. They flipped directions. So I have to hit up for them to go down, and down for them to go up. When I am on channel 1 for the blinds, both blinds open/close. Then program 1, controls blinds that were programed for 2.

Ordered a 99in blind but received 97 in blind, after talking to customer they said it was under the fine print and that I should've read it… next they sent the blind with the wrong brackets and admitted it was wrong but they don't have the correct bracket so I should use the one they sent me… lastly it was broken and after 2 week they are finally sending me the replacement piece

Blinds received damaged and I still have not received my replacement parts - has taken longer to receive the replacement parts than the original blinds

It was wonderful to work with Blinds.com. They answered every question, sent me samples in 3days. My blinds were perfect and I love them. I would highly recommend this company. I have already told my friends and family this was the place to shop for window coverings.
Ordering was ok shipping time frame was decent quality well I realize I didn't order top end blinds but for over $150 for a blind less than 24" wide quality wasn't great

Was easy to order and had fast shipping. I really like the material and the fit.
I have ordered blinds and shades from select blind for many years. I recently placed my 3rd order for the top down bottom up blinds. Measuring and ordering was easy as it's very clear through the web sight. What disappointed me was the top and bottom rails to pull the blind up and down are not as heavy as past blinds. It seems like they are making them with a cheaper aluminum that very easily goes off balance. I still like them but am not sure I'd order more if I was able to find ones with a heavier rail. I still have faux wood blinds from 20 years ago that look brand new and were bought from SelectBlinds.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
