There was a small "glitch" in the promo code for one of the flash sales offered. Customer Service Supervisor took care of the matter in a timely and professional manner.
Secondly the delivery carrier had multiple delays and three different cancellations before finally delivering the product.

Select Blinds were easy to work with-I received my samples in a reasonable amount of time, placed my order and received them when they reported that I would. They are great quality and were easy to install. I highly recommend them!

Ordered the blinds, they arrived a couple of weeks after the order. The instructions that came with them could be a little clearer, I had to read thru them a couple of times, but the install was fairly straight forward, and now they are installed and work great.
The only criticism I have is when shipping longer roller shades, please use a better method of making the package more rigid. One of my five shades had a slight bend in it, but I was able to straighten it.
So easy. Great delivery and easy to install. Will definitely order again when I redo another room.
