We ordered 2 custom size shades in black. When we received them, the shades were of high quality and the hardware was heavy duty.

Overall bling quality is good. But installation is not easy and I consider myself pretty handy!

The instructions were a bit skimpy, but once I had them figured out the install was straightforward. They fit exactly as desired, so the measurement process is precise. They work perfectly on some windows that are ten feet above the floor.

Easy to order great instructions. I would put in your description of the draw string. Which side is right or left.ex. When your facing the blind from the inside it's in the left or right of you.
