I received the original blind and it was broken. I sent photos. They would not send me a new blind they sent me a contraption and told me to build it myself. You guys $#*!ed up and sent me a broken blind now I have to build my own blind. I have 22 windows in my house. I will be going with a different company for the rest of my blinds. Horrible company. Blinds shipped quickly and look great in our rooms. Installation definitely requires two people as the long woven shade we ordered was quite heavy. But overall was straightforward and easy to install especially with the videos on the website.
I purchased several blinds and shades from SelectBlinds few years ago. Few malfunctioned within the first two years but since they were under warranty, they were replaced. However, two woven wood shades broke down right after the 3-year warranty. The continuous cord loop for both shades came apart. I don't have any kids in the house and neither do I abuse my shades. I was literally pulling on the cords lightly as I always do and they just came apart. Worse, replacement parts are not offered by SelectBlinds which means the only option I was offered was to repurchase the entire shades. I have had Home Depot install window treatments at my house that lasted for years. These, on the other hand, are not durable and cheaply made. I'm dumbfounded that they don't offer replacement parts. I find that to be outrageous and a rather uncanny way to make more money. I was even willing to pay for parts. So my advise to you is, before you order, make sure parts for your blinds/shades are replaceable. Otherwise, within a few years, you'll be forced to reorder those same shades.

Easy ordering and being able to put in the size on the website is amazing
This was my 4 th purchase from SelectBlinds and each was easy and accurate. The quality was above expectations. Step by step measuring instructions resulted in perfect fits of all windows ( I had a variety of of sizes). Communication from the vendor was great.
I have purchased all of our window treatments from you. My largest order being back in 2013. Then a purchase in 2019. Now a purchase in 2024. We love our draperies and blinds. The only problem we had was that the plastic circles on the back of our Floral Roman Shades (sage), have been breaking throughout the years. We have had to replace just about all of them with strip ties. But the floral shades are just beautiful, and everyone compliments me on them. We are very happy with our purchases! The order we're placing now is a is a replacement for the TeaBerry Prism Shade - 3/8 in double cell translucent that we purchased in 2013. It ripped from the top.
I wanted the solar blinds and they do keep the sun out. Great Quality is good! Easy to order!

Cheap-looking fabric - like nylon. Eww. (Sorry.) I want shades that aren't so easy for my cat to break, but far better like the woven swatches you sent me before. There is no discounting the impact of good blinds.
I got what I ordered and it went up easy. Works like it's suppose to and we are happy with it.

I have ordered multiple sets of blinds from Select Blinds and each order there has been an issue. My first order several blinds came in damaged. I did reach out to customer service and they were kind enough to replace the damaged blinds, however this project was a new build. The customer found that the windows that had been installed were also faulty, so instead of taking the blinds down they removed the window with the blinds. When Select Blinds sent new blinds they don't include the hardware so I'm left with 3 blinds and no hardware. I have asked for new hardware but have been told they don't sell or send that separately. My newest order was lost, a new order was placed and the blinds finally were received.

I ordered the classic Roman shades with the built-in cordless function and I couldn't be happier. It was literally as simple as taking them out of the box and popping them into place. And of course the look great!
They arrived on time & were easy to install. Definitely worth it!

Stopped working first day while installing, bought on alibaba instead for whole house for 1/3 of the price and much better quality

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
