Ordered my blinds on 10/14/24 a month before we needed them. Initially the order was produced ahead of schedule and scheduled to be delivered on 10/24. Delivery date came and went and the website didn't show any reason for the delay. I contacted the shipper and the SelectBlinds with no answer. It was clear the blind got lost in shipment but SelectBlinds would not do anything to expedite a replacement product, they just kept saying they needed to give the shipper 8-12 working days to try to locate the product, which was longer than the original production and shipping schedule. Finally after two weeks SelectBlinds agreed to provide a replacement product and expedite the order, but the new deliver date was longer than the previous production and deliver timeline. I also asked to be given the new price since the product was now on sale. They said they couldn't honor the new price since we ordered it the prior month. They also made it sound like they were doing us a favor to remake the product that their shipper lost. They finally came back and agree to provide a credit but only equal to half of the sale savings. After more arguing they provide an additional credit but still a few dollars short of the full savings. The blinds finally arrive 3 days after the date we wanted to have them for visitors staying at our home. Bottom line, SelectBlinds offered a good price and they are very easy to work with if everything goes as planned, and their blinds are good quality, but if there is a hiccup in their process they are not good at problem solving or making any attempt to keep the customer satisfied during the problem.
Navigating the site was easy to find the product I wanted- I had my measurements and they were easy to plug in- everything was very user friendly and self explanatory. Package was delivered in a timely fashion. Will absolutely use again and highly recommend.

Currently cannot install my 1300 dollar order because I was not sent the brackets to mount them to the ceiling. Have called multiple times and customer service keeps saying they need to "check" with the wearhouse and get an approval. An approval for an item I should have been given with my order. Absolutely rediculous
This was the second blind I ordered. The first was perfect so I decided to order one for my kitchen door. We were in the middle of updating our kitchen when it arrived on a rainy day. The package was placed in a closet and when we opened it 2 weeks later big surprise! Moldy blind. Have tried spritzing with white vinegar. So far no luck. Thought the packaging would have been better. 😞

Poor customer service unwilling to work with the customer to correct any issue
Blinds came in a reasonable amount of time, they fit perfect, and look great. It turned a plain looking room into a detailed beautiful room.
Easy so easy to customize to pick colors and specs. The colors are exactly as described and as soon as we hung the shades the temperature was reduced dramatically!
Took 2 months but the company did a nice job of remaking of defective shades.
Ordered more shades and they were on time and properly sized.
I replace blinds that had deteriorated on the west side of my house. The replacement arrived within a week. They are good quality and easy to install. Less expensive than the local box store. Able to fit to the size of the window that the box store could not provide.
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the no-drill installation was. The key is measuring correctly (my window is wider at the bottom, narrower at the top -- glad I noticed before ordering). These shades look nice and they operate more smoothly than I expected. It's nothing complicated -- it rolls up and unrolls down, but still, it does so nicely. Overall very pleased.
They send blinds to long they said need to be 12 to 14 inches long to cover one inch roll doesn't make sense

The shades have always been the right size and exactly what I ordered
We ordered two different types of blinds. We are completely pleased with the products. They were very easy to install and are working well!
I really liked the blinds very happy. I would order from them again.
Blinds came fast and fit perfectly. Had similar ones before but the cord broke so I had to replace them.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
